Have gotten this magazine for years. Does very good reviews on guitars. ALways has good songs to learn. Never been unhappy with any issue

The worst. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Read the negative reviews. It has been 2 months and I can't get any reply to calls or emails. Total scam.

We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our customer service.
We always respond to customer's emails within 24 hours and we did so in your case too.
Your first message to our customer service was received on October 21st and we replied to that email within 10 hours.
The 2nd email was received on October 23rd from another email address and we did reply to that message within 5 hours.
Since you mentioned in the 2nd email that you never received response we checked and noticed that the delivery for the first email failed twice (Diagnostic-Code: smtp; **** Throttled - try again later).
This is error on your email provider's server side and unfortunately there is nothing we can do in such cases.
We are aware that our phone customer service is not available 24/7 but we do reply to every voicemail we receive.
In our experience, the level of support that we provide is sufficient for most users but we will definitely try to be more available via phone.
I hope you received our response to the other email address and should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@truemagazines.com.

Never received magazine

Never received magazine. Cannot call as they never answer. Email gets bounced. Crooked outfit. DO NOT USE!!!

No issues with my order

No issues with my order (which was a gift for a friend). The process was easy and the price was right. When she did have an issue with delivery, I reached out and was given the contact info for that magazine directly.

Saturday Evening Post

I enjoy reading the various articles in Saturday Evening Post which traditionally has always been a quality magazine. I would like, however, to read more than one fiction story per issue.

It's been over 10 weeks since I paid…

It's been over 10 weeks since I paid for my order and have never received a copy. I have called them (an answering machine at all times of days) and have sent numerous emails which have never been answered.

The Worst!!!

My subscription rate was debited from my account 13 weeks ago for a monthly wine magazine. I have yet to receive my first issue. When I call the company no one ever picks up. It is a robotic sounding answering machine. I call at every possible hour including business hours. This company is the worst. I have been scammed.

One star only because there is no way to leave zero.

I ordered a one-year magazine subscription for my husband in early to mid January. It is now the 20th of February and he has yet to receive the first one. I have called the phone number listed on the website multiple times to inquire about the delivery and was only able to leave voicemails. I've left my name, phone number and reason for calling on the voicemails and have never received a return call. My last call was placed yesterday, 2/19/18. I again left my contact info and requested a call back. I also informed TrueMagazines.com that I would dispute the charge on my credit card if I did not receive a call back. Needless to say, I just called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Do not order from this company.

Also, we contacted the publisher directly and notified you of their response on February 26th when we provided you with the subscription account number and delivery date for the first issue.

good choice

I ordered the economist through Truemagazines. The price was cheaper than other providers and the process of purchasing and signing up was easy. I also received my first edition before the date that they originally indicated!
