After sales services is non existent
Truestone came to do our drive and landscaped our garden and did a really good job, we were very pleased with it. However about a year later we started to get a crack in the middle of the drive and it all lifted. After several phone calls they did come back and cut out a big oval and relaid some new resin. They told us that once weathered the colour will blend in. It still hasn’t blended in and has a crack all around the edge and we have also got another large crack running across the drive in a different area. Despite several phone calls and leaving messages by phone and text they are completely ignoring all my communication. For a company that was very approachable and professional at the beginning they have really let themselves down as their after sales service is now non existent and very unprofessional.
