Ordered a kit and months later had not…
Ordered a kit and months later had not received. I asked for a refund and miraculously it was sent the next day. Meaning it was thrown together in one day and the quality proved it. Long travel kit for the front of a Ford Ranger and the kit was installed by a professional fabrication shop called Hanna Racing Design. During the install they noticed that the kit was missing 1 brake line so we had to next day this brake line so that the shop wouldn't charge even more time. The other thing that occurred was when the upper arms of the kit were being installed they had to be modified to fit because they weren't built to specifications. We had to spend an extra $1000 at the shop to correct this and it's still not correct because the camber cannot be adjusted properly. The seller wants to send new upper arms and doesn't want to be responsible for any additional labor needed to correct it. This will cost an additional $2000 for Hanna Racing Design to fix. We don't trust new upper arms and would rather just have the shop fix it. This totals $3000 for losses and additional work needed to correct this.
Truetraveldynamics offered us $300 back or to uninstall everything and send it back for a new kit.
Costing us more money in labor. Ridiculous. We would like a more substantial refund to compensate for the extra money we have had to pay to make the kit useable and the truck drivable.
