It took a while to get the windows due to all the supply chain challenges but the installation team (all 9 of them) did a fantastic job when they finally arrived. I chose a cutout option on the stucco for a cleaner less bulky look. The stucco repair provided was good and touch up was quickly addressed for areas I found that were missed. If you do the stucco cutout option, know that you will need to caulk, prime and paint about 2 weeks after the stucco repair is completed.

except , the lost one of the 2 we ordered for 3 weeks.

Install was good. Three guys, all polite and seemed to know what they were doing.
Still waiting for my “lifetime” written warranty .

We contacted True View Windows in March last year. They are a certified Milgard Windows service provided. One of the 2 panes of a bedroom slider window was extremely warm/hot compared to the other. We requested the same E270 window pane replacement which True View installed.
However, in November 2021, I noticed the same problem with the new pane.
Jeff from True View Windows visited our home in December 2021and confirmed that there was abnormal temperature excursion again, and this time affecting both panes. I asked for both to be replaced.
About 3 weeks later I noticed the same temperature excursion in both panes and contacted True View. Also, the window tinting was not installed correctly and was peeling. Jeff came back out again March 3, 2022 and promised to follow up with the Milgard representative, and the pane supplier. I was informed by phone message a week or 2 later that there was nothing that could be done to replace the defective windows, and that I should contact the tinting company to replace the defective tinting. I contacted the tinting company who came out and installed new tinting, and this time, the tinting is once again defective with more than 100 bubbles along the left side and top of the window.
So I finally emailed True View Windows on March 18 to request a total refund for the work that was done, that I had spent almost $2000.00 on.

Below are the contents of the email that I sent:
"Hi Corena
Jeff visited our home, checked the new glass panes and agreed that there was abnormal temperature excursion to a temperature reading that was the same as when I first reached out to your company last year. He promised to follow up with your supplier and Milgard.
Yesterday, I got a voice message from Selena who informed me that "Jeff had been given the run around by Milgard, so there is nothing that your company can do about the failure, and that I should get in touch with Sunbuster to get the tint repaired" I called Selena back and left her a voice message yesterday, informing her that I would like to request a full refund for the attached two invoices, since we are basically back to square one with the window, and for her to let me know who to address the request to. I have not heard back from her, so I apologize for addressing my request to you.
I believe it is only reasonable for me to get a full refund because my window is in exactly the same situation as it was before Trueview did the first and now second replacement.

TrueView keeps appointments and customers up to date

Horrible customer service with the scheduling department. I had to call them 3 times to attempt to reschedule due to appointment time not working for us. Our technician showed up 2 hours after the time frame we were given. No communication from the company in regards to the technician running behind.

Technician was great. In and out in no time. Handle restored to full working mode.

True View did a good job with the window and screens that were damaged in the hail storm. Not 5 stars because at the first repair visit they failed to bring sufficient supplies, which necessitated a return visit. Importantly, the window and screens are great.

I want to commend your staff for a job well done! Both the window installation crew and the stucco crew made the stress of having new windows installed on my home a very pleasant experience! They all displayed exceptional professionalism, work ethic, and experience. All were very pleasant.
I was very impressed with both Ian Kliewer and Eli Figueroa. They arrived at the work site on time, and worked hard the entire time, completing the windows installation in 1.5 days as promised. They took the time to explain the process. They did an excellent job of keeping the dust and debris to a minimum when they extracted the old windows. I was very impressed with the meticulous way they installed the new windows, and the surrounding insulation and caulking. They took care to protect my flooring and cover the windows before applying the caulking. Both Ian and Eli were very careful to minimize any interior drywall damage around the window. The windows, and work site were thoroughly cleaned, and all debris was removed each day from both the outside and inside of the house. I can tell they take great pride in the quality of their work.
Finally, both Hector and Juan Oliva are good workers as well, displaying excellent work ethics, taking great pride in doing quality work. They took the time to explain the stucco repair process. I could tell he loves his work and want to do it well! They arrived on time and completed the stucco repairs within 3.5 hours. They took great care in covering the new windows and frames before applying the materials around the windows. The stucco texture they applied matches the old stucco perfectly. Once painted, there will be no indication of any repairs! At the completion of the project, they removed all debris and left the exterior patio and landscape areas spotless.
This is the most positive experience I have ever had with contract workers. Please pass along my compliments to them. I hope they continue to provide excellent service to your customers.
I am a very happy customer. I love my new windows! I will definitely recommend True View and your crew to others in my community who are planning to replace windows.

On time & quality work

The out of state office is not in communication with the Az office. Out of state set up appts and no one shows to do the work then you call Az office and they know nothing about going out to do the work on that day. They need to communicate if out of state office is going to set up appts to go out

We wanted a specific design shower door we had seen in England, TrueView were able to match it.

I just wanted to comment on the professional work that was done by one of your employees. Dominick S was very courteous with staff and did a great job in putting the glass in my office door. I will highly recommend your company based on his performance as an employee.

True View is going to be my go-to company for windows in my new-to-me but very old house. After my dog tried to jump out the unopened front window I called True View to replace the broken glass. They quoted a reasonable price and gave me a 3-hour window for repair. The repair specialist arrived 15 minutes later and the job was done in less than an hour. Great customer service and great work. Thank you!
P.S. The dog is fine!

True View did an excellent job with the installation (replacement). There were a number of issues with the windows as delivered from the manufacturer; True View made sure that all of the problem windows were replaced before installation. They also made sure that the windows which could slide were adjusted to work smoothly.

Service was excellent. Job was completed in good time

Wow! I can finally use my Arcadia door! I was told by another company I would have to replace it—True View fixed it!! Very helpful, polite, and convenient! Worth the price!!!
