What happened my account not working than my account have my 200 aed why my email not working

I just withdraw 1200 aed from truewin now im waiting for many days still pending. But when i withdraw very small amount like 100 i receive instantly.

And they dont reply in the life chat .. very bad experience with TRUEWIN.AE

I am really disappointed about your flat foams.
I think some of your games are using fake slots.
I counted my spinning round, it was close to 450 rounds without any bonus.

I really have mixed feeling about true win on hand love the games 10 stars for that. However the as the rest in here facing issues with withdrawal. I have reached out to the live chat asking them hey I won some good money which I transferred 8000 of them to my payby at 1st of sept at 10:08 am and still pending. He sent me the long list of manual audit and other stuff. I said to him ok but help me understand this on the same day Sunday but 25th of August at 2:53 so way after the sept date I did the same thing withdrew 6000 but this time to my bank account however I received the amount on the 26th at 4 pm so I said isn’t stated that withdrawal through payby is done in real time so how come it’s not. The agent answered listen whether it’s payby or bank account it takes up to 5 days. I just replied thank you this is what looking for. 3 different answers?!!!

Had a long (6 months plus) experience on this platform. I can say overall this is a good and reliable platform as long as you deal with small amounts and small winnings.

But when you increase your bets and win some significant amount such as 4000 AED or 5000 AED above, withdrawal proves to be a serious concern. When you win some significant amount, they open up some issues like KYC, Account verification, audits, limitations and they say they need long time (5 working days) to process withdrawal and they seriously test your patience.
Some users even reported they got their accounts suspended after they win some significant amount. So far i was happy i found a reliable gaming platform in UAE where we have very less availability for gaming. The awful dream island is no more reliable and profitable. 99% of people loose money on this platform. I found truwin has some good edge over winnings. But now im again upset about the credibility of truewin but im still waiting for the miracle to happen on monday.

I am waiting for withdrawal of 3535 AED ref transaction, W271083856026665986 dated 31st Aug 2024. First time I might face a long delay in withdrawal to payby account. I had previously also withdrawn amounts on saturday and sunday but amounts came in good time. May be now they feel 3535 AED is significant amount and when contacted customer chat they said it gone for manual review and takes some time etc etc some stories.

I still trust on truewin i hope they will settle me on Monday 2nd Sep 2024. Unfortunately they dont have over phone or whatsapp support. Chat support connects occassionally. This adds up more pain for waiting individuals.

I deposited 1400 on 2nd friday and I was playing as I am a long term user on 3rd I withdrawal 2000 it was showing pending I waited for amount till Saturday but not received but today I tried logging in it's showing account suspended and my withdrawal was pending were is my money till now I have not o received or cannot open my account if like this I will be visiting your headquarters please fix fast thank you

First of all...i would like to rate this as 5 stars for me because i found it Legit 'coz i'ved already tried withdrawing my money win in an easy way, So i'm inviting and encouraging to some of my friends to play this kind of gambling especiallyTRUEWIN 'coz it is legit! and we are all enjoying while playing especially when we meet each other in the basement! sharing about, how much we loss and how big that we won!
Nevertheless, unexpectedly i encountered some issues or let us say a small problem on my money win from my account that they had given! The issue is that... yesterday until today still the withrawal was DISABLED! i cannot withdraw my money win to my payby account! FYI On that time i'ved won was very memorable to me because i shouted in a Big voice proudly sayimg I LOVED TRUEWIN! i loved this kind of game! 😁 But they don't know after... that i was really Disappointed because of this kind of issues!

after posting my complains about withdrawal... All of my money wins was all gone! i played desperately because of no chance of taking or withdraw my money win! for us to continue betting until your money finished!😁😁that's the true reason why they disabled the withdrawal! 👏 thank you for giving a chance of winning even for a while!🙃🙃🤔😭

First I was playing it. You win you lose coz it's a gamble. But 3 days ago I try to open mu account and it was showing that it hot suspended and I should contact the customer service, apparently no one will reply through live chat so I try to Email them, same scenario happens. I sent email 3 days ago and still no one reply on my chat. Common Fix your system!!! I still have 2000aed on my acc that I withdraw but I dont receive any of it!!! This is so disappointing!!!

Dear all , the app and website is not working since 2 hours

Honestly saying at the beginning as new customer I didn't face any issue with withdrawal it was easy processing. However recently I'm having issue with truewin that I'm wining bets but not being credited to me still they are investigatingthe issue thoughi have provided all proof of my winning bet. Also im sure they have access to the accountto see it by themselves. .another issue i faced today is I'm playing and my balance keep disappearing which caused me to lose my money because of this issue.

This two consequences made me feel worried to use this platform as well as my friends who I suggested them and encouraged them even to use truewin platform they might face the same issues and it will be all my fault.

Another issue is communicating with them. It's only trough email and that's another hassle.

These all concern gave red flag on this platform and if they don't resolve my pending issue of crediting my winning bet I will definitely stop using it same i will share this bad experience with my friends to stop using it

Updates:
For the sake of fairness, after a chain of emails and investigating, the did credit the amount of money I win back to my account.

However the second issue which I reported to them which is the frequent technical glitch of their system while I'm replacing my bet it was continously rejected. Plus my balance kept in disappearing and reduced. This issue has mad me lose my money .I requested them to investigate and I provided picture of the same and they should compensate me for this money loss when this technical issue happened. However I'm waiting for their reply.
