IS THIS A CHINESE COMPANY? Feels like it! NO DELIVERY AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Ordered some products on November 30, got acknowledgement of order with tracking info. To this day the tracking shows not received by shipper, with an estimated delivery between December 10-12. Several attempts to follow up have elicited boilerplate answers with no follow up. I cannot seem to really reach anyone that is willing to actually give me answers…and I’m left holding the (empty) bag! The products are not cheap, but to pay for them and not get them is positively infuriating
