Failed delivery and ruined product, no communication from company
Unfortunately the delivery was messed up, which I acknowledge is more to do with DPD rather than Truffle Hunters. I have contacted the company for advice as the truffles were mouldy and tasteless on collection but have not received a reply after 4 working days and no steps taken to resolve this issue.

Still don't have my order after almost…
Still don't have my order after almost 2 weeks. Delivery has apparently been with Swindon Royal Mail since 10th September. No checking or follow-up from Trufflehunter until this survey do not at all impressed. This was supposed to be for a friends Birthday on the 13th September
