Their tree and shrub service is a joke.

Their tree and shrub service is a joke.

Placed order end of June. Local office was to call me back. Never did. I called and messaged their office and the 800 service. Never got a return call. Scheduled service online for 7/11.

Morning of 7/11 online CS told me they would be here between 1 - 6 that day. The showed up around 8:30. Tech was supposed to identify all trees and scrubs on property. He had no idea. Guessed at some tree problems but was only able to apply premixed chemicals on truck. Truck they sent could only treat bottom half of trees. What was the point?

800 number sales service made service commitments the local agent was unable or unwilling to meet. Not the service I wanted at all.

We were supposed to get a lawn…

We were supposed to get a lawn application on May 18th. It did not happen. They have rescheduled us many times since. Never showed up. Have asked for a manager to call us. Never happened. We are extremely unhappy with their customer support. After being customers for over 30 years we are considering a new lawn care service.
