Signed up and told them several times over that I wanted Lawn Fertilizer and weeds done, nothing more. Was given a price, first app was the 50% off like I was told, second app was charged double because they decided to add on grub prevention which was never authorized and called about 20 minutes after they left. Was told that it was fixed and the charge was removed and I said I would pay it once the app reflected the charge as was originally given. Woke up and they charged the full amount for both. Sat on the phone for 30 minutes and wasted more of my time because they can't get their stuff straight. Told them over and over to refund what was told wouldn't be charged and to cancel the service, tried to lower the rate, again cancel and lower are two different things and said to cancel it. Still unsure if it's been done and will be calling again to waste more time on this.

Still haven't seen anything on my bank statements showing any pending refund now almost 4 days later.

For starters trying to reach them by telephone is impossible their numbers listed have automated system and either it hangs up on you when you select which option you want or you get a recording on what your political standing is and to vote for 2 people or a private. party and it's a true green recording. 2nd. I have yet to reach a human now I'm in a que of 20 calls ahead of me with the 4th number I have tried. 3rd they are totally overpriced and underdeliver.

Terrible lawn service company. Wrecked my yard and my shrubs. The service people and their equipment are awful. Don't waste your money on this company. I got many, Many apologies from them but no real good service. People in the Caribbean are where their customer service is. I rated it a 1 only because there wasn't a zero rating.

This marks both the commencement and conclusion of my engagement with TruGreen as my lawn service provider. Throughout this year, a persistent issue has persisted: the presence of weeds across my yard, coupled with areas marred by chemical-induced burn marks. What compounds my frustration is their assertion of service completion, despite evident non-execution. While I comprehend my role as a relatively minor participant in the realm of lawn services, the commitment to delivering the services promised should remain unwavering. When a service is offered and not fulfilled, the onus lies on the provider to deliver a compelling and comprehensive explanation for the lapse.
