They came twice and weeds were clearly still living. They missed many weeds. But they were able to kill my cactus I had planted. I guess I should have walked them around and showed them the weeds. The 2nd guy who came was in the back yard less than 1 minute so I doubt he did anything. Please do not waste your money. They cannot deliver.

Called them for a quote, the lady was nice and just a little pushy as expected she is a sales person. I told her to call me in a week as I was getting other quotes. The next day, I am getting calls from
trugreen (caller id) like every hour until maybe 8:10 pm.
They started to call the next day as well, I picked up the phone and cussed them out and told them not to call again. They have not called and I crossed them off my list.

As a homeowner, I pride myself on maintaining a beautiful and lush front and backyard. However, my recent experience with Try Green has left me feeling frustrated, angry, and disappointed. Not only did they kill my perfectly green grass, but they have left me with a muddy, unusable pit filled with nothing but a ring of unmanageable weeds.

Despite my numerous attempts to fix the issue and address my concerns with Try Green, they have continuously refused to take responsibility for their actions and provide me with a proper solution. To make matters worse, they have flat out refused to refund my hard-earned money, leaving me feeling cheated and betrayed.

It is truly disheartening to see a company, who claims to be experts in lawn care, show such disregard for their customers and the damage they have caused. I cannot stress enough the frustration and sadness that comes with seeing your once beautiful yard turned into a wasteland.

I implore anyone considering Try Green to think twice before entrusting them with your property. Their lack of accountability and disregard for their customers shows a blatant disregard for their professionalism and reputation. Please, do not let them make the same mistakes on your property that they have made on mine.

In conclusion, my experience with Try Green has left me with nothing but a muddy pit and a ring of weeds. I hope my review will serve as a warning to others who may be considering using this company for their lawn care needs. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Try Green.

If I could give it -1 star I would. They killed my grass. I just wanted to improve my back yard. There was no grass left after their services. They take no responsibility but will hound you with services. Absolutely the worst experience. I just paid $550 for sod to replace what they killed. Do yourself a favor and do not hire True Green!!

My service contract with TruGreen was for the backyard only. On May 26th a service rep treated my front yard with fertilizer which was all fescue!! The lawn had burned spots all over it even though we had gotten 7.5 inches of rain in the previous 14 days.. Without the rain my lawn would have been destroyed… I subsequently canceled my lawn service and requested my $85.95 service fee refunded and was told that they understood and my credit card would be credited back in 7 days. After 21 days I called customer service and they told me that I was correct that my account had not been refunded but the credit department was working on it.
I told the young lady that I had waited long enough and I would contact my bank to dispute the charge and credit back the $85.95 to my account!! This company is a joke and I will never due business with TruGreen again and I will make sure all my friends hear about the way I was treated by TruGreen…I would like to say to everyone who reads the reviews to NEVER HIRE TRUGREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By far the worst lawn care of all time! True green killed my lawn! And double charged me!!!!!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!! Terrible

Do not use this service. I paid upfront and they performed the service but it did not work. So, I told them I did not want to renew. So, what happened? They kept trying to charge me for another years of service so I had my bank block them. Now they have sent a bill to a collection agency, a bill for a service they never performed. STAY AWAY from them, all they want is your bank account # so they can charge you for a service that does not work, and when you attempt to cancel they will send you to an collection agency! STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!
