I paid $218 to have two brand-new vehicle remotes programmed for our work van, and the entire experience has been frustrating. Before leaving, the technician said both remotes were programmed but mentioned the batteries “might be weak.” After several days of struggling with both remotes, I spent more money on new batteries, but the remotes still malfunctioned.
I called back and was scheduled for a follow-up appointment. The technician was already 20 minutes late when I received a call stating that the work was NOT guaranteed. So now I’m left with remotes that still don’t function properly despite paying full price and doing everything on my end to troubleshoot.
I paid for a service that was not done correctly, and instead of support, I got excuses. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the service and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
