I placed an order on July, 2019 for the Massage Foot Simulator and as of today, May,
6th, 2020, I HAVE NOT received it. $30.94 was taken OUT OF MY ACCOUNT the same day I ordered it. You"people" DID NOT even have the courtesy to RESPOND to my request about the product and/or REFUND my money to this day!! CUSTOMER ALERT!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY!!
THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES!!😝😝😝😰

I only rated one star so I could write a review. I wish I saw these reviews before I made a order. This is the worst company I have ever order from. It has been 4 weeks since I ordered and did receive one email with the info of the product I ordered and nothing else no tracking numbers. Sent 4 emails asking for info when I will be receiving my product. Just like every one else no respond. They sure know how to take your money, but no product. They need to be shut down/removed from the web.

I ordered product since 11 month, and still nothing happened. No refund, no answer from customer support. Its fake webpage.

Be carefull! don't trust this website ! I'm still waiting for my order since 2017 june! several mails, they tell me they will refund me but nothing !! A great Swindle !!

I believe this company is a scam. I placed an order last July and have yet received it. They did not answer any of my emails. $30 in the wind?

Be aware! They do not accept the product back,however you cannot use it! Cheaters! The 90days return policy is TRULY a LIE!

This company pretty much stole my money. They never tried to deliver any product to me and kept lying that it was on the way yet they never sent a tracking number.

I never got what I order. They stop answering the emails. Don't buy on this page.

Do not order from here!! After 5 months I still haven't received my order and they don't care. It's most likely scam.

The picture /video of product being advertised is a concept away from the cheap bad mould trash that was eventually 2 mnths late delivered to me ..so shoddy it doesnt assemble,powered by AA batteries. max 6v tiny torch globe ..the cosmos ..scratchings on impossible to fold plastic ..absolute trash ..misleading advertising ..price reduced. Entrapment ,a lie its not worth $1.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR TRUST THIS SUPPLIER ..i placed this trash directly into the trashcan ..better off ..TRULYDEALS IN TRASH

1) bag bought online for 59.67€ on 06/12
2) After many e-mails, proposed to be refund if not shipped before 09/03 [!!!]
3) Not shipped before 09/03
4) Complaint on 09/06, 09/16, 09/19 and 10/08 [i.e. 4 months after having paid your supposedly shipped bag] and nothing happens

I would give this company no stars if I could. My order never came, contacted them and reordered, that order never came either. I asked them to cancel my order and was told they couldn't. Luckily, I paid with PayPal and they were able to get me a refund.

So bad... they are liars!! i bought on July a Cosmos Star Projector × 1 Blue and never my order arrived to my home, but they dont answer my emails... i need mi order now!!

THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I have been trying to get in touch with them for close to 3 weeks - through email and Facebook but I haven't received a response.

That's when I Googled to check if these a*holes are really scammers and I'm not at all surprised to see the other reviews here.

I ordered 2 star projectors over 2 months ago. Close to end august I reached out to their support and got an email saying my product will be delivered in a week max.

Its been a month since then, I've emailed them thrice and messaged them on Facebook. But no response.

@EVERYONE - if you've gone through a similar experience, please reach out to me on Facebook and LET'S SUE THESE GUYS.

Bought a cosmic projector in July, received nothing. I sent them emails asking about the shipment and they didn't reply. This site is scamming people, most of the times the customers won't receive the products, some do receive the products but they're all damaged. Don't buy anything from this site, any sale they have on their site is all lies.
