Has this company gone under? I have not received any confirmation of the voucher I paid for. When I tried calling the company I got bounced to their internet bot, which in turn bounced me to an email address. When I emailed that email address I got undeliverable notifications. I tried a number of email addresses on the reviews listed below and they all bounced.

we could not use the certificate code we had to book our experience online, so instead we emailed Truly Experience and the concierge team were so quick to respond and very helpful.
They sorted our booking without any issues.

We contacted the helpline to arrange our Restaurant visit. Although our date preferences could not be made due to the Restaurant closure for holidays, alternatives were proposed really quickly and confirmed ithin 24 hours.

I've been dealing with Truly for a number of years now and I have to commend them on their excellent customer service. They never fail to reply to my emails and always come up with a solution. Many thanks to Jian, whom I've been delaing with most recently, and Chloe in the past. I'm sure I have dealt with some of the rest of the team who were also excellent.

I received a gift from colleagues that had a use by date looming. Unfortunately, it looked like I was going to be unable to use the voucher so I contacted Vanessa at Truly and she was extremely helpful. The voucher was changed into a gift card with no date of expiry that can be used in multiple locations. Great service.

This company has been very helpful and professional. A special mention for Vanessa who has been very helpful and managed to work miracles when I needed to rearrange a booking due to emergency surgery.
