Massager

I received the TruMedic MagicHands truShiatsu Neck and Back Massager as a Christmas gift. My very first reaction was how heavy and bulky it is. (I had a Homedics heat massager for years, until it recently stopped working and it is a far superior unit.)

This massager has 3 function buttons, yet one of them does not work.

1. On/Off
2. Reverse Motion
3. Heat

To my surprise, there is no heat that is produced. It advertises heat on the box and the user guide. I contacted the company for an exchange or refund by email and was quickly responded from someone saying that the unit was purchased from an unauthorized reseller and the unit had been discontinued! (It was purchased from a mall kiosk.) Directly following this response was a second response from a different person saying we will help you, send us your shipping address. I did and also asked for the procedure to return the not functioning unit. They said to take it to a disposal bin!

After several days, I followed up since I have not received a replacement so I asked for tracking details and they replied they cannot help me!

Sounds like an unprofessional business DO NOT BUY.

I’ve never experienced better customer service, and the product itself is a dream. If I ever have an opportunity to get a second chair, this is where I’ll go.

TruMedus is-7000 massager is garbage . I’ve now gone thru 2 of these units that both had a broken part for the neck massager area . My in-laws also had same model with same broken neck kneaded . . No wonder they discontinued this massager ! Would never buy their product again !!

Trumedic does not honour their warranties.
They refused the warranty claim from a picture, without having the courtesy to send someone out to look at the massage but the review we chair.
Submitted a warranty claim 16 months into the 24 month warranty period. I also contacted them directly. They stated it was wear in tear that caused the damage without having sent someone to look at the chair and ignored the claim. The chair, with the exception of the damaged area is in perfect cosmetic condition. The rollers went off track and cut through the head rest area like a hot knife in butter. It could be serviced and the seating area could be replaced easily because there’s a zipper around the seating area. Thanks Trumedic, I won’t be buying your products any more.

This company’s customer service is next level! After shipping was a disaster with Canada Post and my item was lost, they shipped a replacement item immediately that arrived within 48 hours. It’s not that common these days that a company drops everything to help a customer and it deserves to be acknowledged. Not to mention, their products are incredible and totally worth the purchasing. I have two massage guns and a foot massager and couldn’t recommend them enough!

I purchased a back massager over a year ago lost the electrical cord during a move. I contacted truMedic about options and was surprised ( and delighted) that a new one was immediately sent out to me…… no charge. I am so happy with with their customer service!

I love the product. I need this massager. It helps me so much with my shoulder pain. I had an issue with it and George in customer service was amazing!!!! They immediately exchanged it for a new one. I highly recommend TruMedic.

I purchased a TruMedic InstaShiatsu+ massager on Amazon. Worked for approximately 1 month and then wouldn't work. Contacted support to see about sending the item back for repair. I was shipped a new product within a week. Not the customer service I was expecting but greatly appreciated!!

Happy to receive my massager from truMedic and be able to talk with them about warranty. Most helpful, competent employee. This is the best help I have received for my neck and back. Easy & quick to use with great results. Appreciate having heat with it too

By far the worst experience ever. I purchased the Etude Massage chair for quite a chunk of money. I did my best to assist the company with the troubleshooting of it - sent videos, comments, tested it this and other way, and everything they've asked for. The wait time for technician - 1 month! The technician they sent in, said he is dealing with this chair for the first time in his life and could not do anything. Then they stated the the function for "neck and shoulders" massage that actually massages your butt is "by design" and refused to proceed with it any further. I spoke to the store who sold us this chair and they stated there were multiple complaints about this function as well as others to which TruMedic will refuse to take any action addressing it. I ended up with returning the chair to the store (not without a fight, but thanks to them) and buying a different brand.

I have rarely experienced such amazing customer service as I have with your handling of the problem with my Trumedic Magichands Shiatsu massager. Immediate response to my enquiry to a no-hassle solution. Well done!

I experienced a leaking air bag in both arms and had a pleasant experience with Leela.

She provided videos and pictures on what to check for and was able to diagnose the problem. The parts came very quickly and Leela even emailed me to follow-up on if the issue was solved.

We had ordered our product through amazon and it didn't work. TruMedic promptly gave us a postage paid return shipping label and shipped us out a new one. It works great. Thanks so much!

It’s a long story but I will make it short . Trumedic neck massager was given to me as a good well but it stopped working after while . I emailed to the company and without any proof of sale or without any question or delay they sent me new machine. Which is even higher and newer model .

Buy without hesitation

I have purchased 4 TruMedic devices and been happy with all of them. I like them so much I have a massager for the office and at home.

Unfortunately, one of the massagers had an issue. But I was very impressed with the customer support I received. They helped to trouble shoot and when the device was found to be defective they shipped out a replacement. The customer support and follow-up start to finish was very white glove. 100% would recommend to a friend and will buy from again.

This company is such a scam. I ordered a foot massager months ago off of Poosh link (Kourtney Kardashians) trusted brand go to website and it has been months and I still haven’t received my item or even a tracking number. I reached out to Trumedic costumer service by phone, email and instagram multiple times and no one has helped me or even responded!! Then a sponsored ad showed up for them on my home page and I started to see multiple people commenting on the ad complaining about the same thing I was experiencing, when I went back on there instagram page the comments had all been deleted. This company is such a fraud and I would not recommend anyone buying anything from them - no matter who is endorsing them (clearly those who are endorsing this company are unaware of their lack to deliver the actual items customers have paid for.)
