What I liked
I appreciated the timeliness of receiving my order.

What I didn't like
- The shipping fees are way too high!!!!!!
- I returned the part I ordered because I fixed my problem without needing it. I do not appreciate the restocking fee. Really?

So far Luke Dosen has been great, always responds and very helpful, never had any issues.

I'm grateful for TruPar and their great help. Ricardo has been very instrumental in making sure I have everything I need. Thank you for awesome customer service!

Luke goes out of his way to help me any way he can and checks in with me periodically. I really appreciate his help and professionalism.

Echlin Wright helped us with a bearing part that was hard to find as our business is on Kauai, Hawaii. He was able to find it and made sure it was the right one.

Glen Johnson went out of his way to assist me with a starter that was discontinued. Prior to hanging up with me he took my email and said he would do a little more digging. He indeed followed up, even though he was unable to locate a replacement I felt that he was genuinely trying to assist.

Echlin Wright. We have never had a rep keep us this informed and work as hard for us when we are in a pinch. He is quite knowledgeable and easy to work with.

We are a can manufacturing company that utilizes lift truck rated from 6000# to 30000 # lift capacity. The high-capacity truck is critical to support the rest of the facility and that was the truck down on Tuesday. I reached out to your company and was aided in the call by Echlin Wright. We were missing master chain links to enable us to complete the lift chain replacement on our big truck.
Echlin aided us in finding the part number, cross-referenced the number to the truck model and finally aided me in setting up the account and shipping arrangements. This all happened late in the workday and we needed the parts the next AM.
Move to the next day at 10:00 AM I had the parts in my hand and two hours later my lift is back in service. Having seventeen years as a tech in customer service experience I know what it takes and your company and employee certainly know as well.

My representative was great. He was so helpful even though I didn’t know anything. He walked me through it. and they say customer service is dead.

We are looking for a part for one of our equipment and so glad I was able to speak with Glen Johnston who is very helpful and knowledgeable what we are looking for . He was able to give me the information I needed and gave me the link to order the parts what we are looking for.

The part guy we use is Echlin Wright. He is super helpful and timely. He stays on top of things until the part is on the way.
They also have better pricing than most on fork truck parts.

Echlin took care of our requests and processed the orders in a timely fashion manner. He went above and beyond to satisfy us as customer, and I can't thank him enough for his response.

They sent the incorrect part. Part number didn't match the part I received. Emailed them and a week later, no response. Almost $50 spent (with shipping) on the incorrect switch and I can't even get a peep from them.

The guy I talked with was very helpful and polite. The shipping was super fast and it was packaged well. I will be using this company for all my replacement parts for my skidsteer.

Everything was very easy and accessible, but I didn't receive my invoice.
