SCAM — Never delivered, kept my money
I ordered from Trurelia in December 2025 and never received my package. The tracking showed repeated "failed delivery attempts" which are completely false — I live in a compound with 24/7 reception and concierge, making it impossible to miss a delivery. I never received a single call or SMS from the courier.
The contact numbers provided for the courier were fictitious and did not work. I chased Trurelia by email for over two months and was repeatedly ignored or fobbed off with empty promises of resolution "within 24-72 hours."
The courier eventually confirmed in writing that the package was returned to Trurelia. Their own website tracking also shows it as returned. Despite having my money AND the goods back in their possession, they have refused to issue a refund and have gone completely silent.
I have now reported this to Shopify, the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, and my bank.
Do not buy from this store. They take your money, invent fake delivery failures, and keep both the payment and the returned goods. There is no real customer service, no phone number, and no physical address. This is a scam operation.
