Don't Trust Drives
Trust Drives Installed block paving 12 months ago and it is now sinking. I have been chasing them to return since June but now they have told me they are not coming back to fix it. Even though they told me it was guaranteed for 10 Years when it was installed. It have reported them to the local authorities in both East Cheshire & Gloucestershire. This is now in the hands of my legal team.
Your response is all lies, all the work was completed by Trust Drives solely.
But nice try to attempt to push the blame on to someone else.

Hi Terry,
We initially installed a block paving driveway for you, and we did provide a guarantee for the work we completed. However, we understand you've since had the block-paved driveway extended using another contractor. It's on the extended part of the drive that you're experiencing problems. We cannot be responsible for work carried out by another contractor.
Have you tried to contact the other contractor for them to fix their work?
Our driveways are built to the highest standards and designed to last the length of the guarantee period. We provided paperwork to confirm the build of your driveway, including a guarantee for the work undertaken. This unfortunately does not cover additional work carried out by other 3rd parties.
Have you explained this to the Local Authorities? - They might be able to help you track down the other contractors that worked on your driveway?
We took photographs of our work showing the driveway we completed. This does not include the additional work undertaken on the driveway by the other contractor.
We would be happy to quote to repair the extended part of the driveway. Please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
