Sent countless emails about wrong order deliveries only to be ghosted and no refund for inaccurate order. I asked for NZ contacts and they gave me US contacts and then was promised a refund but then has been crickets from them ever since. Would not recommend at all. Beware.

Submitted a dropdown from apollo.io for a lead list. There have been delays from the start missing lead production commitments and service commitments. 24 response time is completely false. The leads have also been wrong now twice. The lists produced have none of the correct info from what was submitted.

TrustedLeads was recommended to me and my business. After paying, I could not download my leads. I sent about 10 support requests letting them know. It took the company almost a week to fix their "bug." After being able to finally download my leads, I find that I only received about 5,000 of the 10,000 I paid for. I've again sent multiple support request for an explanation. Can someone at the company help me???

SCAM. They took my money. Had to wait 2 weeks for my leads, then got the wrong list. They DO NOT answer support tickets and don't process refunds.

Don't buy from them.

I've been waiting for over a week, even though they said they'd handle it within 48 hours. None of my messages have been answered. They've never replied, and I have no idea where my money went. They're scammers.

I wasn’t expecting the file to arrive so quickly, but Trusted Leads had everything over to me the same morning. We had just kicked off a new outreach campaign and were on a tight timeline, so that turnaround honestly saved us. There was no chasing, no back-and-forth, just a clean delivery right when they said it would come. It’s rare to find a data provider that actually respects your clock. I’ll definitely be planning future campaigns with their speed in mind.

It’s been a week now and all I get are automated fake replies on my support requests. Their website clearly says the average delivery time is around 7 hours, but it has already been 4 days.

I ordered a list last week. The order is still processing, and the ticket priority is marked as high, but still no response on their side. I’ll change the review once they fix the issue.

I was honestly caught off guard by how quickly everything moved once I placed the order. Trusted Leads delivered the full batch of contacts faster than any provider I’ve used before, and I’ve worked with quite a few over the years. I'll update this as issues get fixed. As of now, TrustedLeads is too unreliable of a service.

We made several orders without earlier issues, but the recent ones had frequent errors when filtering out the leads. Instead of following things like excluded keywords or positions, they give you a list of leads that still includes those unwanted leads. Meanwhile in Apolo, the list appears filtered correctly, but the TrustedLeads output isn't.

This could be an oversight on the manual team's side. Too bad they take several days to reply.

Basically if you order from them, you risk killing all your mailboxes emailing to low-quality leads that will likely mark you as spam.

Below is my original review, it was pretty bad. But they came through with a new lead list that was exactly what I ordered. Took three weeks. As a business owner I get it, it happens. I got what I needed so 5 starts.

"DONT buy from them please. Im sure they were great before October 2025 before the Apollo Crack down but now they don't deliver on what was promised. I spend $250 on a 33k lead list where there was little communication after they failed to deliver on their stated expected delivery date of 2 days (They took 5 days to deliver after purchase with no communication) I received a list that was complete garbage. Less than 1% usable with 99% using key words that were completely unrelated to the solar key words I had used in my initial search URL. This was very disappointing as they come highly recommended by Lead Gen Jay and was exited to spend more money with them. Please tread carefully and avoid a massive loss like I had. "

Stay away from them!!
I initially used to buy from Trusted Leads, but recently they have been terrible! First of all they took 5 days to deliver even though they promised to do it in 2 days.
Second of all I paid for 3400 leads and they sent me only 2400, between verified and unknown/catch all. When I confronted them about it, they told me the 1000 rest were invalid and stopped responding. Terrible company, never buying again.
