Very good but they do forget some details that gets frustrating when you tell them 80 times. Otherwise good. Online portal is easy to use and I like the reps, they're kind and helpful.
Always diligent in ensuring that paperwork is ready for audits. Quarterly statements are a bit slow to post.

They're ON IT!!
The service is always incredible but when transaction dates shift and things come up....they're ON IT!! Following up with the attorneys, making sure things keep moving towards the closing table. Ive had 5 transactions and the level of service has been top notch!!! Highly recommend Equity Trust....you wont be disappointed!+

Easy to set up, but not much in the way of guidance when it comes to purchasing assets. There are very specific things needed when using a SDIRAs to make investments. So you own homework. You won’t get much guidance. Hire an accountant to assist in this.
