Stay away from trustfax/efax

Looks like they were taken over by eFax. I was a longtime trustfax.com user but eFax is awful. I cannot get in touch with a human being. Contact forms do not work. I have sent questions to support as I can no longer send faxes, but never received any responses.

This company has no clue when it comes to customer service

This company makes their process for cancelling their service useless. First, they don't have a customer service phone number to call to actually talk with a person. You have to send an email to their support group to cancel service. Ok, I did that. Received zero response and was charged anyway for another year of service I didn't want. I disputed that charge with the credit card company (only way to get Trustfax attention). Then after sending me a cancellation confirmation email they charged my credit card A SECOND TIME! Once again I have disputed this charge. I would not recommend this company if you ever plan to try to cancel service - they just don't recognize your request.

I’ve been trying to send faxes without success. I tried to login to the account to see what the issue is, and it won’t let me claiming I have it open in another tab, which I do not, they are just a train wreck.

Fraudsters! They no longer provide phone numbers to…

They no longer provide phone numbers to trouble shoot problems so I tried to cancel by emailing them, as per their on line instructions. They received cancellation request on 12/19 and their only reply was a sad emoji to my phone and a phone # to Efax. representative stated they are partners with trusfax but don't handle their accounts and can't provide any contact phone.
They have since charged my credit card, despite my cancellation request! Thieves! Buyer beware!
