We had our annual service done by David G. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our support system. Left us with confidence everything was performing as expected. We highly recommend Frontier Foundation for your foundation needs.

Super service! 1st Chad Feyeranend/design specialist. Chad gave us a bid. Very nice and professional. Very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed in detail. The next super service was from the the crew that installed our foundation repair. Kaleb Trigg Job Forman - Kaleb called to let me know the time they would arrive. On time, and walked me thru the process of how the job would flow. Very polite and very knowledgeable as well. Explained each detail. Riley S. And Seth J. were the guys that helped with our job. All 3 of these hard working young men worked great together to get the job done. Each of them were respectful of property. Great hard working young men. Each were very polite. Frontier has some TOP NOTCH employees. Even the ladies that answered my questions of and on. Big thanks to each and everyone for a great job.

I had an excellent experience with Frontier Foundation. The people at the office were VERY helpful. Jarod Solomon did a careful job of examining my crawlspace and outlining the needs and how the work would be done. Kaleb T., Riley S., and Seth J. were VERY hard working and respectful with the installation. Although the cost was more than I wanted, I believe it was worth it for the quality of the product and the excellence of the work.

The guys (Xavier and Rafael) kept me informed throughout the process of raising my front porch and leveling my sidewalk. It was a rainy day and they worked through it. Well done!

Frontier cleaned out my crawl space and fully encapsulated it. Nick T., the foreman was professional and communicative about the job scope and process. Nick, Zack, and David worked hard through an almost 10 hour day on site to ensure that the job was done completely and correctly.

Frontier always sends someone right out when there is an issue. Brad Stephens came and fixed the problem. Very polite Hope he comes back the next time I need a problem solved. Thanks!

Jeff was personable but he showed me only 2 photos and said the water was in the exact opposite of where other companies said it was, he didn't notice a broken girder that was noticed by others. He gave me no paperwork and said he would email the quote; I never got it. Janet texted to see how it went. I explained to her and she said Jeff is no longer with the company and she had no access to my information! She said she would send another person out. No thank you, I don't want to deal with a company that does not keep information. Maybe it's the location, but I would not recommend them.

Don did an outstanding job on our crawlspace maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We appreciate his expertise and great customer service!

KISSANDRA made the experience calming. Taking care to make safety a priority for us and assessor when looking into the issues. She was attentive, knowledgeable, asked all the right questions and listened to my every concern, and answered my questions without hesitation. She's made the experience a relief now that someone knows needs, concerns and requirements for safety concerns I eant to address.

Annual service completed today by Zachary Tomer. He was on time, polite, explained the service, completed the inspection showing me photos. Checked the dehumidifier, replaced filter. All in good shape. Found NO “fungus” as was previously stated by my pest control company. Extremely pleased with Frontier, all the work they did for us and follow up service provided. After having our our crawlspace encapsulated we decided to to go a step further. Jordan M. Jayden F. and Peter H. came out removed the insulation and closed everything up with foam. They left the job site clean and did a great job. We are very pleased with the team. Would highly recommend.

This company is a scam they can't level my concrete right and refuse to return my money. Been out 3 times to fix their mess and don't know how. I have USSTN scheduled to repair their mess witch just cost more I just want my $20000.00 + back from this mess of a company. You have been out 3 times to repair and just make it worse also ask for my diesel for their equipment
