I didn't order a thing. This company took $..$43.00 from my account. Makes me ill how people get away with stealing.
It appears this is what they do. Reading reviews, they have history of ripping people off.
Why can they still have a web site?? Why don't they get. Shut down?
I'm on Social security and my $ goes for certain things every month. I'm below poverty, so I have to make sure every dollar is sent to right place. They took what was 1/2 of my water bill. I can't just put in more $. There is no more till next month. I may get water turned off. I'm 72 and don't need this crap.

This company gained access to my card via a fraudulent clothing company for merchandise I never received. Since then, they've made 3 more charges to the same card under the trustlifestyleshop name. SCAMMERS!! $139.00 total. Pay attention to your card and bank accounts for unscrupulous thieves who take advantage of decent people.

Don't trust this company; they still your money!. Unfortunately there is no cero star to star the comment.

Cannot put less than one star. This is a scam, the website displayed a charge for product that looked very good. But actual charge was far more and there was a second charge to our card they did not disclose. We wrote an email requesting a cancellation within minutes of placing the and they ignored us. Then we called customer service and they denied receiving the email, stating that the order was already processed and can not be canceled. The customer service tried to explain that they will charge us for shipping and add a 15% fee for processing a refund. Scam! There is no telling how they will sell your information as well.

Made the mistake of buying a Black Falcon 4k Drone from this company. They set up a revolving charge on my debit. Cancelled the debit card and got a new one the next day. Company is suppose to be located in Union, NJ. This company is a total scam operation. But they are very slick. They have been scamming people for at least 6 months on this Black Falcon 4k Drone. This is a Jack Reacher assignment. Beware!!!!

I didn’t even order anything from this scam company. I got nearly $200 charged to my card.

My bad for not realizing their website is a scam machine, and for being dumb enough to enter my CC info before the shipping costs were displayed, but the website said the shipping cost will appear on the next page...so I clicked "Next" and voila, I bought 3 items without even knowing it and never got the shipping costs revealed to me. Total scam artists, but unfortunately for me, the best scam artists I have encountered so far.

Quality of headphones is crap. Just buy Aftershocks much better product from an honest company

I ordered ionizers, but the next day I realized that I am not supposed to used them due to my health. I called customer support and within three minutes my orders were canceled and promptly refunded. Excellent customer support.

My credit card was charged $24.99 for a VIP membership that I never authorized. They had all my information, which is scary, but the representative told me they are crediting my account. I didn't even know trustlfe existed

This is going to be a mixed review but it's based on their customer service and promptness. I realized I ordered the wrong camera from the wrong website because their site is similar to others - a little suspicious. Yes, it is my fault for not paying close attention. I immediately replied to the email that was sent to me regarding my order. They responded within minutes, cancelled my order, and informed me the charges would be refunded in 3-5 business depending on my bank. The money was already refunded within an hour. I read the bad reviews about their customer service, but I did not experience anything negative. I was worried I was going to have to notify my bank to stop the charges. To be honest, I wish more customer service was as prompt with replying and refunding.

Why did you take money out of my account I ordered nothing

AWFUL customer service. Emailed twice, both times I received an automated response that someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Well it has been 5 days!! Finally got a customer service person, spoke broken English and only wanted to offer me a deal. All I want is to return my products and get a refund. HORRIBLE, wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Total SCAM.

I ordered 2 Air Genies. They arrived without a problem. But now I am getting charged $19.99 per month for a program where I can order more items. As per all the other reviews, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The service rep (who spoke very poor English) said they would cancel the "membership". If I see it on next month's statement, I will cancel through my credit card company.

This company is charging my credit card every month and I do not know why or how they got my information; I have tried disputing the charge with my credit card company to no avail. These people are crooks.

Man I wish I had read all these reviews before I made my purchase! I ordered 3 "energy saving" devices. I did a little research on these devices prior to my purchase and was convinced these devices can work. But I did not research Trustlifestyle, which has proven to be a shady and criminal enterprise! Not only are their products cheap and worthless, but their charging practices are fraudulent! I was forced to cancel a credit card I have had since 2008 because they tried to charge me several times for my purchase. So I had to go through the hassle of filing fraudulent practices against them through Bank of America AND calling several places to reset automatic payments using newly issued card. Why can't the BBB or some sort of international commerce entity or the US government or SOMEBODY do something about these fraudulent Chinese companies who are taking over our country???

They took 70 dollars out of my account right away. I never received a confirmation and didn't receive anything, compete ripoff, had to cancel my card.

What a shame!!! Deceitful practices. Literally thieves in the night, I purchased air ionizers that are fake, I cannot get restitution for my return and to add to this debacle I am now being charged 24.99 a month for nothing. May all who work at this crooked company suffer the consequences of their greed and actions two fold. Find a better job that doesn’t require deception and fraud. Karma is coming for you
