I had a similar issue . Based on trustmy review ended up buying a scammed product. Nexcam projector which was defective
I ordered 2 projectors on 02/13/2022 as Christmas gifts for my kids, not one was delivered. I tried phoning 07537107694, number was no longer in use. The royal mail said it came frome China but was immediately returned. I'm £338 poorer and no Christmas presents for the kids.
This is a scam
We have not received the projector, and have had no response to enquiries.
We have had exactly the same experience as described below and have also sent email about refund since it has and not heard back. Will keep chasing but so frustrated since was a Christmas present for my son.
If anyone finds a way of knowing how to report them then please let me know since happy to ensure no one else is scammed.
Scam.
Company do not exist.
No answering email as email does not exist
Look at the review from french store as well.
Disgusting
I wish I could leave less than a star! I have cancelled the order approximately 7 times, soon after realising I had been scammed. Email bounces back, phone is not connectable. Bank is currently investigating.
At first I received the wrong Nexcam projector, emailed and they sent a 'new' one which like other reviews was unbranded. Didn't come with a battery and a very short lead! In the two weeks of us using it, it has now stopped and will not turn on. I have requested a full refund from them but have yet to hear back. Do not use this company, they are fake unbranded products from China which you can get cheaper elsewhere.
As like the first reviewer linked with Nexcam total scam need to return items but no contact details no response to emails Beware
I followed a link in this review website to Nexcam whilst looking for a home projector. Their review of the Nexcam mini projector was very good and convincing and the Nexcam website reiterated all the attributes including 1080p resolution and long 4m power lead. However, the product I received was unbranded and poor quality, not even 360p resolution and barely a 0.5m lead making it impossible to use without an extension lead. The same product I received, including its identical packaging, can be found on Amazon, eBay and other websites for less than half the Nexcam £90 price. After further examination I’ve noticed the end date for the Nexcam mini half price offer of £90 changes each time to the date you are looking at the website! I’ve also now seen that the only links on the Trustmyreview.net page that work are those that direct you to the Nexcam products. Clearly the two sites are both part of what looks like a scam to get you to buy the Nexcam projectors at double the price of identical looking items but then send an inferior product. I have emailed for a refund or to be sent the branded item if such a projector exists. I have not had a reply and it’s clear to me that you should not Trustmyreview.net!!
