I was called by a new account manager…
I was called by a new account manager and he said he would send me £19 ish that I lost and that is my remaining balance. My problem is that when I requested for a withdrawal few months ago I was told that I had £600 ish and I requested for £200 then was asked for my details but I didn’t receive anything and the previous account manager told me that it was just verification that was needed he didn’t tell me he would further trade with the account now I learnt I have £19 and they want to send me that back after 3months and it was supposed to be a 30day challenge before I would make a decision to continue or not but I requested for my money after 30days but no response now after 3 months they are saying I have £19. Sincerely I don’t want to cause any trouble I just want my initial deposit please. Thanks a lot.
They will not stop
They will not stop, even after I told them to stop all communication, and blocked as many phone numbers as possible. I am referring them to relevant regulators.
Should not be allowed to take people money
In September I joined trading with this company and things have not gone as promised. They used to ring me at all sorts of unarranged times and never kept to time and I would be disturbed in middle of seeing patients. When I complained I was was passed on from post to pillar then totally abandoned. When I tried to withdraw the little I had to pay for my credit card which I had used they denied me claiming I wasn't verified yet they had allowed trading to happen.
When I wrote to them I was told the person that would get back to me is off sick and they didn't until after a month. So we got verification sorted and I can't log into the system it appears my log in does not work not sure they blocked me, I can't even find their app anymore. I have emailed no response called no response. I previously wrote a review on here and it was removed with some strange reason that it wasn't valid so why should I make a review up. This is my experience and it is very frustrating
They are a scam
They are a scam, now then I put a review they called me with a fake legal team saying my money was blocked somewhere ( who knows where) and asked me to take of my review, I will take of nothing until I get my money back....
Stop calling me
Annoyed with calls every other day, even I have shown no interests in them.
I've had two aggressive unsolicited…
I've had two aggressive unsolicited calls in one day claiming I had signed up for them, despite the fact I know that I haven't, further more they didn't know my name.
Both callers followed a pattern of aggressive intimidation despite the east option of ending the call.
Trustpac trading is a complete scam
Trustpac trading is a complete scam, they lure you into depositing your money, which was exactly what happened to me, when someone randomly called me, not knowing how he got my number. The man presented product to me that after 10 days I will see my money yield but I should deposit £196 to start even after telling him my past experience with online trading. So that was the beginning of my ordeal with them. After investing, I was told that I lost the money but left with £43 or so in my Trustpac account of which I’m not allowed to withdraw. They are a complete joke, so if anyone phone you to invest from Trustpac based outside the UK and not regulated by Financial Conduct Authority, please don’t try it because I asked them this question but they answer ‘No’ and ‘Yes’ not consistent with their story after depositing my money.

I still have not received my money yet…
I still have not received my money yet not surprised for a fraudently robbing scamming company. So on top of all your scams you lie about refunding money to customers. Don’t worry you have been reported and you gonna get shutdown.
What breakdown are you on about it is a simply refund of £500 to my card that you fraudulently scammed off me. Stop giving me misinformation and lying about you shady practice. But don’t worry you have been reported and your gonna get shutdown.
