I have the same issue as reviewer…
I have the same issue as reviewer Rachel. Mine is with Richer Sounds, although I have sent in proof of purchase my valid review it's still not available. it takes two minutes for a review to be removed but forever to get someone to reinstate it. The TRUST in Trustpilot isn't holding up very well.
How can I trust what's on your site when valid reviews are been withheld.

Trust pilot seek proof of order yet have ignored me twice
Trust pilot emailed me regarding a negative review for kiddicare and have temporarily removed my review (several days ago). I emailed back twice now with proof of my order, as requested, and I've just been ignored by trust piolet entirely.
What's the point if ou are going to keep my reviews hidden! Is someone going to answer my email??
