Trust point are you trustworthy?

I have wrote a review about SKY BROADBAND BUT TRUST POINT in there wisdom they obviously did not bother to read it! They have said it was skylight broadband , who I have look up and they seem to be a good company not like the company I was writing my review about the world wide SKY COMPANY……
I disappointed to see that you are giving a small company in DEVON who from what I have read about them seem to be a local broadband community company. So either take my review down or correct it and address it to the company it is about,,

Poor Delivery Practice and Parcel Abandonment

Poor Delivery Practice and Parcel Abandonment
I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my recent delivery by DPD.
At the time of delivery (approximately 13:29; Friday 27th March 2026. Tracking number 1550 4348 552 160 Y)), I was at home, sitting in the living room and fully available to receive the parcel. Despite this, the driver (Billy) made no attempt to knock or ring the doorbell. Instead, the parcel was left outside, and I only became aware of this through a notification stating it had been left in a “safe place.” I am writing this feedback immediately after receiving that notification.
This is unacceptable for several reasons:
• No delivery attempt was made, despite the recipient being present.
• Clear delivery instructions were ignored. My account explicitly states that if I am unavailable, the driver should access the key via the secure key safe box.
• DPD drivers should be able to follow basic delivery instructions, yet in this case they were completely disregarded.
• There are no instructions authorising parcels to be left outside my property. Leaving it outside cannot be considered a “safe place.”
Leaving a parcel unattended outside in these circumstances is not delivery—it is effectively parcel abandonment. This exposes it to unnecessary risk of theft or damage and reflects poor judgment and a lack of professionalism.
This behaviour should be discouraged by all means, as it falls well below acceptable delivery standards.
