A neutral experience, not ideal.
I used prestige accomodation services for my holiday let in Devon for 2 seasons. For the first season they were brilliant and to be fair I couldn't fault them.
The second season however was a different story.
They did not always do the clean on departure as promised meaning I could not accept late bookings. This was brought to their attention but they did not have enough staff so 'had to prioritise changeovers'.
I did my own spot checks to find generally poor cleaning, dust and things left on the carpets, poorly stocked welcome packs and half dead cut flowers left. Although this was addressed on complaint it was not fully.
Their laundry service was good however.
I terminated our agreement due to the general poor cleaning but ultimately due to them leaving my property insecure.
They did not seem concerned when I complained and still insisted on charging (although at a small discount)
Prestige only publish selected reviews on their website.
They don't have a review page anywhere else.
