I spent an hour doing a review because I was promised a gift card, and they rejected it for no reason. Ironically this business is called "TrustRadius" - I know not to trust it now. Very frustrating.

I spent an hour doing a review because I was promised a gift card, and they rejected it for no reason. Ironically this business is called "TrustRadius" - I know not to trust it now. Very frustrating.
This company rejects adverse reviews
This company rejects adverse reviews. I suspect the company/service subject of the review has some financial arrangement with "TrustRadius" So reviews and censored and filtered, which is extremely problematic.
Very difficult to use
It's one of the most difficult and confusing review platforms I've ever used as a service provider (trying to get reviews from customers). We've asked a few of our clients to leave reviews on their platform, they complained that leaving a review was very difficult, the process is confusing and in the end they didn't even approve those genuine reviews from real people citing "quality" guidelines. In the dashboard you can't even see any pending reviews. All in all, I had a very poor experience with them.
TrustRadius is a crock!
TrustRadius solicits reviews for software promising a gift card for “good reviews”. However- no review is ever approved and no gift card is ever issued. They solicit reviews with the dangling carrot of a gift card- but never approve it. For example- I’ve never had a review approved out of dozens I’ve submitted as it says it doesn’t meet TrustRadius standards. But the last review I submitted, I actually copied a previously approved review on same software, word for word and my review was not approved (no gift card) because it didn’t “qualify” meet the review standards. This company is a crock and I’d never waste my time again…
I’ve never encoWorst review platform I’ve dealt withuntered a review…
I’ve never encountered a review platform as frustrating as TrustRadius. The process to submit a review is incredibly long and time-consuming — multiple detailed questions, mandatory word counts, and endless prompts. After spending all that time carefully crafting my responses, my review was still rejected with no clear explanation. It honestly feels like they make the process deliberately difficult only to waste your time in the end. Worst review platform I’ve dealt with. If you value your time, look elsewhere.
My review was rejected
I wrote a very long review of the iSpring Suite and submitted it without any problems until I received an email from The TrustRadius Review Processing Team in which they are telling me that they cannot accept my review, because, I quote: "Unfortunately, your review doesn't meet our standards for publication. If you were offered a reward, you have not qualified to receive it.
We vet reviews to ensure reviewers offer in-depth feedback based on direct experience with a product. We do this to make sure that buyers using our site to research software are getting detailed insights from users."!!!
But I went through all questions and answered them in detail! I asked them to clarify what they meant by it, but I still haven’t received any response. I regret spending so much time writing that review, hoping it would be read by the iSpring team and that at least some of my suggestions would be taken into consideration.
I would give 0 stars if I could
I would give 0 stars if I could. I spent a fairly significant amount of time to write a review of a software that I am familiar with after receiving an incentive offer from TrustRadius. I followed their guidelines and wrote an honest, mostly positive review with specific details of certain features. A few days later I received the following notice:
"Unfortunately, your review doesn't meet our standards for publication. If you were offered a reward, you have not qualified to receive it. We vet reviews to ensure reviewers offer detailed insights based on direct experience with a product."
It's ironic because I DID give detailed insights based on my direct experience. If anything, the details may have been TOO specific to a niche industry. It's also ironic that I think the company is piggy backing off of the reputation of this site, TrustPilot, which has a similar name and strong reputation. I recommend anybody who receives the same offer doesn't waste their time. I wrote to TrustRadius recommending they reconsider their incentive policy to be more honest.
Not a trusted review site. They choose if they accept a review or not.
I am a Publer user. I have left a review for them on TrustRadius (linking my LinkedIn profile so highly trustable) and after 1 day they replied "Unfortunately, your review doesn't meet our standards for publication". I am wondering what those standards are. So they basically get to choose what reviews they will accept. Not a trusted website.
TrustRadius - Another Online Scam
"Kayla" from TrustRadius invited me to provide info on a product for a $15 gift card... which I did. Then when I asked where the email providing a link to collect the gift card I got crickets. Then I complained and "support" said "the site was having technical issues" & could NOT provide an ETA on a fix.
I will explain to them I will file a formal complaint with the BBB & put up posts on LI, X, etc. relaying this. Unless, of course, they honor their part of the bargain.
They're just like all the "expert network" sites that promise you'll get an hour for $300 if you would just "fill out a ***SHORT*** survey" - only to have them use that info & ghost you.
They should all be taken out to the woodshed.
Very very bad,
Very very bad,
I posted a negative review regarding my experience with RingCentral they removed it cause I supposed to post a positive review even though my experience with RingCentral is very bad. Trustpilot will be the best forever. The only platform people can trust to post their reviews base on their experiences!!
DistrustRadius is more like it
Company promises a 50 dollar gift card for making a review and then just is not heard from again. Scam, avoid wasting your time with this company because you will not ever see a gift card!
Dishonest and Misleading AVOID!
I was offered a gift card for a software review. This company refused to honor the offer, which came from them, saying that it was nothing to do with them and that I should contact the software vendor.
Companies like this should be stopped, they are dishonest and misleading. Encouraging people to leave reviews and, I can imagine, some people would feel compelled to leave a positive review instead of an honest opinion! Luckily my positive review was justified for the particular product.
Please please please AVOID this company at all costs!
Don't bother with writing a review for them
They'll promise you a $25 gift card for a review, spam you with emails about it, and if you ignore them, they'll then start promising you $50 gift cards for writing a review. If you do write the review, which by the way takes 15- 20 minutes to complete so many steps, they'll just say you don't qualify for the gift card. Horrible business practice that deserves all of the bad reviews it has. Liars and scammers. Don't waste your time.
Fraudulent and Deceptive Review Practices – Stay Away!
I recently took the time—over 30 minutes—to write a detailed, honest, and insightful review about a service I used through this platform. Despite my review being far more comprehensive than many already published, it was arbitrarily rejected without any clear explanation or transparency regarding their so-called “standards.”
It’s evident that this platform engages in bait-and-switch tactics, luring users in with the promise of a reward only to disqualify legitimate reviews at their discretion. This is nothing short of fraud—they intentionally waste people’s time without ever intending to honor their commitments.
A trustworthy company should provide clear criteria for review acceptance and honor the time and effort of its users. Instead, this platform exploits reviewers, denies rightful rewards, and refuses to justify their decisions.
I strongly advise against using this service if you value your time and expect fair treatment. Their business model is deceptive, and I will be taking steps to expose their unethical practices.
Avoid this scam.
Bait and switch company that promises…
Bait and switch company that promises reward or gift card in exchange for reviews that often take an hour or more to complete then refuses to issue rewards by saying the review isn't good enough. You can still find the reviews on their site though! 😕
Not Legit
Also received an email to write a review for a company. After spending my time to complete the review I was told days later it didn't meet their requirements for a review and I wouldn't receive a reward. If they use my review I am going to be angry.
I received an email asking to review a…
I received an email asking to review a product that I have extensive knowledge of in return for a gift card. I spent a considerable amount of time writing the review, and then got an email a week later saying I would not receive the gift card because I didn’t have the necessary knowledge. I’m almost embarrassed I fell for this scam - that seems like a far from credible/trustworthy company.
TrustRadius is a total scam
TrustRadius is a total scam. They tell you that you'll earn ten bucks for filling out a review which you likely legitimately know then weeks later they ask you to do it again almost like it wasn't reviewed for whatever site or software etc then days after that you also receive a message that your review wasn't legit and got denied so now they have your experience data and will now claim they don't have to give you anything either. Do not fill out any reviews for this company, its all lies, and they will scam you!
Very great very helpfull
Will never use them again.
I spent a lot of time writing reviews for them and one day my gift card didn't come in. I tried to contact them multiple times and they finally sent me a gift card for half of what they offered. Will never use them again.
