While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Written by the company

Established in 1997, The Guild has a strong background in status compliance and effectively stands between clients and HMRC. Over the last 23 years, we have processed in excess of 500,000 freelance operatives and in that time not a single freelancer’s employment tax status has been overturned. Our in-house legal, tax and compliance teams can ensure that all CIS tax and employment status issues are dealt with in the most compliant way possible and help remove the commercial risks associated with engaging self-employed contractors. Ultimately, we are able to guarantee the status of freelance operatives, thereby allowing businesses the freedom to operate safely with a self-employed workforce.

On your own head be it!

Laziest customer service I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Run me out of a job taking 30% of me even after the HMRC had corrected my cis UTR number to 20%.
Basically just unhelpful horrible people best kept away from and left to rot until this business dies.

Hi all traders & ltd owners

Hi all traders & ltd owners
Please try to avoid this scamed job agency. My self was working hard as donkey. Luckily just for 1 day.
The agency charged £350 + vat= £420 from the geezer who I work for. They promised me to pay £200 - tax. Unfortunately until now I didn't received even 1 penny.
So sad. A.B.

not willing to sort yours problems

this is a pay roll company that i have to use (even if i don't want) in order to get paid
because of their unwritten rules and outdated system they will extra charge you whenever they get the chance
i have spoted one of this overcharging and tried to get a back a refund
after few phone calls and few emails they tried to blame me for the situation and never mention nothing about giving back my hard worked money
from this reason i would advise you to be very vigilant when u using this company and take care with the charges they apply to you
thank you
