DO NOT BUY. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM AND PRODUCTS ARE ABSOLUTE TRASH. ASK FOR AND TOLD ME TO GET LOST

Do not buy anything from this store. The product they show on the website are completely different than product I received. The actual item that I received is not worth $5, they are selling for $39.95 in their store. And you only have 7 days window to return the item, but it took 3 to 4 days for them to return you request email, and they pretend they responded you before. Sadly there are always a record in today's teq world. There is no place for reviewing on the website, all the reviews they posted were fake. This is a scam website.

This is a complete scam. First of all the jewelry cleaner does not work at all as described. I had to wait over 8 weeks for product and I was away when it was delivered and they only give you 7 days to return. Ridiculous. Then when I reached out they finally said I could return it however to a Viet Nam address. The post office told me it would be $19.20 for a $32.00 purchase even though no where in the website does it state VietNam. It states a Georgia address. Never again. Buyers beware. Complete scam artists ripping off the USA.

Item is not user friendly, blocks vision and went to return it; had not seen return policy before purchase but this is the only purchase in forever that has a less than 30 day policy!
Without question, this is the WORST customer support. Believe it or not your product was not the highest priority for checking on its viability or usefulness and I didn’t review it right away. 7 days is not enough and I didn’t see any mention of that at time of purchase. 30 days is common.

Under these conditions, I will NEVER buy another product from you again.

Shirt was 2 sizes too small and they would not exchange. Horrible company.

I didn’t even want to give 1 star. Company is a scam!!!!!! Buyer beware. I ordered a purse that’s was supposed to be a name brand purse. I ordered it through what I THOUGHT was QVC. Took forever to get here and I knew immediately it was fake. Please don’t order from TruTrendy (found name on card in pkg). I would return but the cost to return is more than what I ps. Big ripoff!!!

I ordered a small hand drill. It was advertised with more attachments than it actually came with. Took about 2 months to finally arrive. Was mailed in an envelope with absolutely NO directions. I will not order from them again. Very deceptive advertising. They also do business as Cosmo Tumblr PTE.LTD. Buyer Beware!

Ordered a clock--took forever to arrive; was so very POORLY/feebly packaged for a $70 clock; hands were bent and not able to work; did not look like picture.
VERY dissatisfied! Sorry I did not check out reviews first.

The moccasins I ordered were of very poor quality. Emails go unanswered and so I can't return them. This is very dishonest and I am very disappointed in not only their merchandise, but service, as well. Do not make the mistake of ordering from this disreputable company.

What A SCAM!
I ordered what I was thinking quality boots. They came as something You would get from the dollar store. I couldn’t wear these to the mailbox before they would fall apart.

Need a 0 for Review. These folks are completely dishonest and the trash they send you is exactly that. Beware of any purchases from this company.

Would have given a below zero review if it was possible. Purchased bras from this company and they were way too small. The order was placed on 9/21/23 but did not arrive until 10/14/23 (almost one month later). I was on vacation when the order arrived so I missed the seven day return window. They would not refund or exchange the product but offered me 30% off on my next order. If they were giving the product away for free I would not order another thing from this company. If you buy anything from here make sure you sit by the mailbox and open your package as soon as you recive it so if you are not satisified you can return it. My purchase is totally useless to me.

After I submitted this review, I received two emails from this company telling me again that they have a 7 day return policy and they are offering me 30% off and they want to know when I will be submitting my next order. As I previously stated, if they were giving away product for free I wouldn't want it.

I have sent a reply telling them to please stop contacting me.

I ordered the “impressive, German technology” flashlight, which was supposed to light up an entire village, better than car lights. It was nothing more than a small, plastic, mediocre flashlight. Not sure if it’s even worth $5, and they charge $25 plus shipping. And they give you only 7 days for returns or exchanges, when the item took forever to arrive in the mail. Dishonest business!!!

TERRIBLE. Completely dishonest about everything. Looked like the company was based in Texas, but everything ran through China. Shipping time stupid-long. Product size ridiculously small. Quality absolutely worthless. Wish I’d taken two minutes to check this company before making a purchase!

I wish I had taken the time to investigate this company before I placed an order. My story is no different from others I've read. Ordered a set of bras which was delivered after 2 weeks that were subpar and when I sent an email to return the product for a refund, I received a reply offering a 10% discount and told that if I want to return the product I have to ship the product to China and it would cost more than the $35 cost of the product. Funny, the shipping cost on the invoice when I ordered was $3.95. Total scam.

The flashlight that I purchased just doesn't live up to the hype of the ad. It's a flashlight. Period. Definitely NOT worth $25. More like $7, tops. I was told if I wanted to return it, it would have to be shipped to the warehouse in China, as opposed to the warehouse in Vernon, some seven miles away ($$$). Doesn't say that anywhere in the ad though.

Deceptive advertising. If you ask to return it they tell you if will cost too much because it has to go to Asia. They sent low quality and damaged goods.
Do not buy from this company!!

Ordered 36 d bras and received breast binders, they have no concept of US sizing, both a waste of time and money I was horribly disappointed with their product unusable only as trash deposit

Ordered a bra and it does not look anything like the photo and is horrible quality!!! Never order from them. The 7 day guarantee is how they make money from victims ha ha! Didn't get to it in time.
