Tru Water Filters Reviews 

Like all the other reviews this company is terrible. It took nearly 3 months for the filter to arrive and took multiple emails to them. Not once did they mention there would be any delays. There was not even any sort of attempt to apologise for the delay. Do not purchase your filters from Tru Water.

This company is robbery. I orderded John Guest product 02/21but the order was transfered to Australia automatically.
The order was not shipped but they gave me tracking no which could not trace at all.

I contacted with their wabsite but always mentioned would solved today ...wait...sorry for 3 months.

Scammers... These guys are low life scum. Dont be fooled by there website. How are they allowed to keep scamming poeple is beyond me. Why is this website still running?

I got scammed. Bought a $65 water filter in January never arrived, when I enquired the chat bot was helpful but no result, kept sending me non-sensical emails. Had to cancel my credit card and wish I had seen these reviews.

I was scammed by them just like you.
I ordered the product in January and they only tease me.
I requested a refund to ANZ card a month ago. And I got a refund.
I blocked my debit card. I was afraid they'd send me a strange item and take the money back from my bank account.
I saw their advertisement on YouTube today. I reported them. I got a email from Google that they've been reported.
I hope you guys go into YouTube and report it. Let's get them out of business.

If I could give a minus star I would. Shocking experience, ordered 06/01/21 still waiting 27/02/21. Contacted them (eventually) and received all sorts of excuses. Then I checked my bank statement and I have been charged a conversion from AUD to NZD, the website looked like NZD. They have an elaborate website to hide behind instead of doing their core business. Do not trade with this company.

Dreadful company who do not deliver products paid for. Credit card companies will refund if you keep records.

I've been duped too. I ordered a filter tap which hasn't shipped and they refuse to respond to my questions about the order (when will it ship, what's the delay).
Also the .co.nz site shows prices in AUD (tiny fine print at the bottom of the page - $59 on my invoice becomes $65 on my credit card.)
Great search engine optimisation, but a total rip-off.
I recommend you all search for their products, and click on all their ads once per day. That will drain their ad budget and protect other consumers!

Do not trust this company- I ordered CO2 bannisters 5 weeks ago and have phoned, emailed and started an online chat to find out where my order is- and they have not replied to any of my messages. With the 'live' online chat they sent an automated message saying sorry they missed me; no email reply for 5 days, and telephoning does not allow you to talk to anyone- so no sense of customer service or responsibility on their part. Sadly I think this company is a bunch of crooks, stealing money. Be warned!

This company is a SCAM. Multiple emails and same reply with no clear updates.
I'm seeking my rights and contacting the CC company to get my money back.

Don't trust this company. They are not legit and you are going to lose your money as I lost.

This company is a scammer, they take your money but would not provide any service or item, you will not be able to contact them. I had to get my money back through credit card dispute with bank. Please do the same if you have the same experience. This is the same company as .com.au

I ordered filters in December - it's now March and there's no sign of them.
I've made contact twice - both times I was told they would be shipped 'next week' - both lies.
I've asked for a refund - I don't fancy my chances.
Stay away from this company - who are the same as, and just as bad as, the Australian website of the same name.

Fraudsters
Ordered filters on 8 December. Haven’t been sent. They don’t answer emails or phone messages. Their chat on the website said they’d contact the warehouse and mark urgent then stopped the chat. I’ve raised a complaint with the commerce commission and Fairtrading NSW as I believe these are fraudulent companies. They’ve previously appeared on Fair Go. They should be shut down and prosecuted.

Never shipped braided stainless hoses and every time I inquired, it would be shipped next week. As 60-days approached, I asked for a refund and they replied with a 20% off code for the next order. I notified them that they had 48 hours to process a refund or I would have the bank reverse the charge. No reply and no refund after 96 hours, so I had to go to the bank.

The bank said they could reverse the charge, but that TruWater would likely just charge again, so I had to close the account and open a new one. A big pain for simple order.

Update 31st December: Truwater has now responded through the Visa dispute process that I paid for a "digital download" which they then said was delivered. This changes the review from a bad transaction to a legitimate scam company.

Awful no product and have had my money since April! I have emailed requesting for refund and after multiple emails still not received. Buyer beware.

Nothing positive to say, ordered 13-5-2019, website stated in stock, apparently will be available next week ie June, Judging by feedback, my experience is the same as the others.
