Accepted money but did not supply item. Unable to contact.

Ordered and paid for 6 filters. Money was taken and nothing was delivered. Repeatedly tried to contact Tru Water but never a reply. After 6 months money eventually refunded through Visa. This company is a sham and the owners are scammers. Avoid at all times.

Have ordered but never received.
Checked bank statement and they took out money twice.
Check warnings from NSW Fair Trading on this company.
They are known scammers doing the same thing as what happened to me to others, charging twice and not delivering

I am a repeat customer. this is my 4th time buying from this company since 2017. ordered my filters back on the 29/9/23 it is now the 23/11/23 they have taken my money and in my account it says status pending since the 2/10/23. I have sent emails and tried to phone but no response, so I would have to say I have done my money and now have to try and find the right filters elsewhere or I will have to buy the complete setup again. And I agree with another reviewer no PayPal no buy from now on. Why is there web site sill up and working like nothing is wrong?

Bought water filter direct from their website, never received and will not respond to me. Look up NSW fair trading 355 complaints the same as mine. Theifs hope your business goes under and you go to jail.

A total scam. Its been 3 months and only a computer generated response of nonsense. Quick to take the money but nothing else.
If its not a scam...they have the worst customer service ever.

Fake business, sent wrong item and won’t correct their mistake.

No product received and no response to any emails sent. NZ contact number doesn't work and Live Chat doesn't exist. A total scam - they just steal your money and then have your credit card details.

SCAMMED-Unfortunately I read the reviews after one month had passed of not receiving my order. In future no PayPal no purchase. $139 gone. No feedback from this company even though I got an order number and my money was taken out on the same day.

I received the wrong item and received zero response after emailing them to have it corrected. They claim to have a live chat on their website but it simply doesn’t exist. I’ve now emailed 3 times and is 3 weeks after advising I got the wrong product. Disgusting business behavior. I don’t know how they still exist.

Product did not arrive. No response to countless emails. No phone. No web chat. Scammed.

Scammers through and through Beware you will lose your money

Looks like I've been scammed as well. No ack of my payment and their phone number is no longer working. Why has the Gov not taken down the site? Previous person mentioned that they have a presence in Chatswood. Does anyone know the address?

I ordered a water filter 10 months ago and have not received it. I have called multiple times and have been promised that the filter is on its way.

A government consumer affairs agency has warned the public to not deal with a Sydney online retailer after complaints of misleading claims, delayed deliveries and difficulties in getting refunds.

NSW Fair Trading commissioner Rose Webb issued a warning on Wednesday for consumers to not buy from True Filter Group Pty Ltd, which runs truwater.com.au, truwater.co.nz and budgetfridgefilters.com.

The company, which also has physical store in the northern Sydney suburb of Chatswood, sells products like filters for drinking water and boiling water taps.

Scammers. Purchased water filters in May 2023, never received, no response from multiple contact attempts. Had to go through Visa to receive a refund.
