After seeing angry emojis on their fb page I presumed comments had been deleted. So came here for more info. Same product is on Temu for $10 and $9 on eBay.
I think I’ll try the tried and trusted products from super cheap and repco instead for half the price.

DID NOT WORK
I received this item last week, used it, but it was very disappointing. It does not perform as advertised.
I pressed the middle part, but no form came out. Applied to the windscreen anyway & as you can see on the attached VDO, streaks everywhere

Does not perform like the adverts on Social Media.
The transaction from Instagram worked well, the communication was good. Then I realised I’d probably made a mistake: Despite being advertised as the UK branch, the product was being shipped from China and would take just over a week to arrive.
Not to jump to conclusions I waited for the product to arrive. It appears like the advertised green and black plastic sponge applicator. However when compared to the advert, as others have said no foam. I suspect after reading the active ingredients list that this contains mostly purified water and a little something (citric acid) to cut through any oil. If you clean your vehicle regularly this product will do little to nothing. No real water repellence or rain-x type rejection.
I’ll use it as returning products to China is a pain and apparently they only accept sealed products. Buyer beware!

The people who claimed the product works, show me proof you’re real. Those that got the same treatment as me, a fraudulent product and the company refusing to refund or replace it other than offering 15% refund, have you reported them and did you get anywhere with the ACCC or other authorities? I noticed they hide or remove all negative reviews on places like Facebook and their website. Also this product costs 1/5th the price on Amazon and you would have been covered by their returns policy. If you’re game to give it a go try there!

I feel like I have been scammed
I feel like I have been scammed. Product does not work whatsoever. I tried it on multiple surfaces (windscreen, window and mirror) multiple times. I followed all of the instructions and gave it a very good go. It did absolutely nothing! It did not remove any of the long standing grime; and actually left its own residue/marks once the window dried (yes, I did wash all of the product off immediately, while the product was still wet).
I contacted them, as their website claims a 30-day money back guarantee, and it took multiple attempts before they acknowledged my emails. I was told that only unopened products can be returned...so their money back guarantee is useless and just another scam.
After many emails I was offered a 15% refund, which is better than nothing, I guess.
This product does not work! Do not waste your money or time.
