Absolutely the worst experience ever to deal with just to complete a return. Over 7-8 emails, several ignored before the tennis game of offering small percentages while keeping products. Not a pleasant process at all. Meanwhile im busy w life, work, and a very sick family member. I would not recommend your product and definitely not your customer service. About to drop more details on various social media platforms.

So let’s start when I purchased the product. I bought six months worth because I’ve been taking Vitalbull for around 3 months and wanted to try this product. When I went to check out, it made me watch an hour long video on why I needed a second product for the first product to work properly so I bought both products then made me watch another video. I was stuck on videos for three hours, after putting in my credit card information and some type of gorilla sales tactic. . After purchasing the products I have been using them for exactly one month. I do not like the effects these things give me they make me dizzy. They make me nauseous and they give me vertigo. I contacted them through email saying I could mail the product back and I’d like my money back. They said a lot of people get these side effects and to just keep taking them until they go away! I drive a truck for a living so I can’t be dizzy and have the world spinning around me. This company’s customer service is a joke. The supplement was no good for me and they didn’t stand behind there money back guarantee! Zero outta 5 stars. Do better

Now that I have learned a little of the use of email, it was great to type in my problems...and get a response amazingly quick on a Sunday. I knew you would need time to investigate why I never received (now) 2 packages of the Beef Complex. And, now I have another one on its way. When I do receive all 3 packages, can I temporarily put a HOLD on my monthly subscription?
I wonder if the problem is the Shipping Company that you use? YSD Post is a Chinese Company hiring only Chinese-speaking people. It doesn't have a good performance rating.

It was annoying that they continued selling after I added the first bundle to my cart and paid for it. I ordered 6 pouches of the Beef Organ Complex, 6 bottles of Cortisol Reset Complex, and 6 bottles of Thyroid Support Complex. They shipped it in a large envelope, which was torn open. I only received 5 bottled of the Thyroid Support Complex, but after the Customer Service Experience and no results, I threw 3 containers of each product away. 60 days of consistent use should be enough to see something happen, nothing did.
When I ordered my product, it was frustrating that I had completed my transaction for the 6 pouches of their beef organs before they mentioned the Thyroid Support Complex. Then after I bought that, they mentioned the Cortisol Reset. Please notice on the website, you cannot see either of these options listed to add to your Cart. Only the pouches of Beef Organs is available, why aren't the other two?
Shortly after I ordered, I noticed they said I was signed up for a subscription, so I wrote Customer Service to argue I had paid the higher price for one-time purchase, not subscription. They say they are based in Wyoming but they are in China. Their replies are AI at best, I even question the validity of some of their 5-star reviews on here.
Last problem, they never did assist with. The product showed a tracking number from China. That tracking number is only good, once it arrives in the US. My order said "Delivered" and they would not provide a tracking number for the package after that status. They initially said, it would be delivered as it was at the local delivery warehouse. They assured me in 2-3 days it would be delivered. It was 10 days and a weekend in the middle. They never responded with a second tracking number and I couldn't fight the charges right away because everything showed as "Order Complete and Delivered."
I am currently waiting for the lab results of the 3 products as I'm confident they are just the same pill in different packaging. Their products did not work for me and I highly doubt they will produce any results outside your normal gains. I wanted to wait to write this review for the test results but have decided to warn everyone first. I'm submitting the results to the Indiana Attorney General along with a complaint. We can open it up as a Tort for additional litigants to join in on. I don't mind products coming from China but the website should at least mention that. Whatever they mail out is not coming from Wyoming and neither are their responses to e-mail and chat messages. If you speak more than one language, that is to be celebrated. But if you are going to claim to be an American Company, mailing from within the US, and offering a quality product, your Customer Service needs to articulate and communicate better than a 5 year old using Google Translates.
I'm not mad I was taken advantage of. I am furious that PayPal, and all the other sites allow this scam of a company to continue selling and robbing people of their money. I truly hope they get shut down when I get the test results back and it is learned the contents are mostly filler... here is a free business tip: If you are going to make 3 products for different things, maybe make them look differently to the naked eye. Three different products with the exact same look, taste, and soon to be discovered (contents)... you are a scam at best and you should definitely avoid this company and their products.

First Message to Customer Service - 2/26/26 order showed delivered.
First response from Cust Ser - 4 hours later on 2/26 providing the same tracking number showing it was delivered.
Second message to Cust Ser - 3/4 no order delivered yet, provide the new tracking number.
Second response from Cust Ser - replied within an hour assuring me the package was still being processed by the local carrier for delivery and did not provide a new tracking number.
Third message to Cust Ser - 3/6 message saying the package was delivered but it had been taped shut. Missing one bottle but after being told it would be a one-time purchase, and it was a subscription, then told it was delivered, when it clearly wasn't, and no second tracking number was ever utilized by the local carrier and the website showed delivered since 2/26.
Was really hoping this wasn't a BS product.
