I ordered a pregnancy pillow over 2 weeks ago. I have had one email with confirmation number and that’s it. I have emailed 4 times asking for an update on my order and now the email address comes back as “undeliverable”. I have sent a msg on Facebook which says “couldn’t send” and also on instagram- with no success. I would like a refund for my item as this whole experience has been awful and I’m £75 down with no pillow!

Awful, will never use again.

Edit 9/5/26: No reply to this and still no pillow. I have now had to contact my bank to dispute the charge on my account

This is a SCAM company. Do not use!

Warning: avoid this company. They charged my card without a purchase, and when I disputed it with my bank, they promised a refund if I canceled the dispute. I did — and now they’ve blocked my emails and stopped responding. They took money from my account without permission and scammed me. Stay away from this company.

Beware of this company – they have stolen my money.
I made a purchase, and shortly after, they charged my card again without my permission. After disputing the charge with my bank, the company assured me that they would refund me if I closed the dispute. I complied, but now they have completely ignored all my attempts to contact them and have not issued any refund. They have taken money from my account unlawfully and refused to resolve the issue. Do not trust this company. I am now left with no recourse, but I will continue to expose this scam until they refund me.

Company is cheating with the prices. not trustworthy website.
