NoMore for Ears is just NoMore money - increased my tinnitus symptoms after 10 minutes of use and the 30 day money back guarantee does not cover Int'l shipping costs to Italy which is more expensive than the item. I've had luck with red light panels in the past, but this is not the same. Wish I could go back and never have bought or used this damaging product. Re-reading their website and seeing all the health benefit claims, which are ludicrous.

I have only used the red light device for nasal use. But I have a long history of sinus pressure, pain and infections.
As soon as I begin to feel pressure or pain I use my red light nasal device by No More and it goes away. I usually only need to use it twice.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my device doesn't hold a charge for long.

My tinnitus started after a concert and doctors said that there was not much they could do at this point. This device proved them totally wrong because the ringing has decreased significantly by atleast 70 percent. I am so much relieved at the moment, cant really express.

I ordered Nomore red light device on May 10. Its now September 27!! Initially when I queried after a couple of months I was told it was on its way. Now I juat don't get responses from Nomore or the couriers. I feel like i have been scammed. Stay away from these unscrupulous thieves.

After using the product for a month, I didn't see any results and applied for the 90 day money back guarantee. I contacted support and followed all return instructions including paying for the return shipping.
I tracked the shipping and it arrived to its destination.
Its been over 3 months and I've sent several follow up emails but haven't gotten a single reply or refund for that matter.

Company exaggerates claims of health benefits of their products. They offer "100% money back guaranteed" which is not 100% at all, and expect users to pay for shipping product back to them for return, and user's cost is not included in the "100%" amount refunded, which doesn't make it 100% at all, thus another false statement. They do all this to discourage users, make them give up, and reek the profits.

I purchased two of the No more Tinnitus units. I was unable to use it because I have very small ear canals. My husband used his but didn't get any relief after two weeks of use. I emailed and asked for the return process. The form was sent. I filled out the form and packaged everything up and returned the two units.
I waited a few weeks and emailed them. They asked for proof of delivery, which I sent right back to them. I have emailed several more times and they won't answer me. I am very frustrated. This is not good customer service. You received the product back on May 27th. Where is my refund?

The product didn't work after 2 months of using 3 times a day/ everyday. So I returned it. I received confirmation USPS that the product was received on 7/5/2025 by NoMore. I didn't hear anything for a while so I emailed asking when I would see a full refund. NoMore responded by asking me for the tracking number which I provided. I never heard another word from support. I emailed 3 more times asking about the refund. Nothing from support. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The product did not work for me and they obviously DO NOT stand by their product guarantee. It has been a month tomorrow since they received the product back. Now I'm out the $44.00 plus they have the returned product. I may as well of thrown the money in the trash. I would have gotten the same results. BAD COMPANY !! DO NOT RECOMEND!!
8/8/2025 UPDATE: I Did receive my full refund from NoMore. They did follow through and kept their promise of refunding my money if the product did not work. Thank you NoMore for your attention to this matter.

Do not buy from this unscrupulous company!
I originally bought NoMoreColds and received a branded product in branded packaging. For the NoMore Belt, it was obviously not their brand. As soon as I opened the box I knew the packaging was not right, and easily found the same exact belt on Amazon for under $40.
I immediately contacted them to return it, which they accepted and sent me information about, but I was responsible for return shipping. I immediately sent them my return tracking number and return remittance form (which I also included in the package)
Due to having signature confirmation, I knew exactly when my package was received, and contacted them a few days later when I didn't hear anything about my refund - silence.
Over the next week or two, nothing changed. I never heard anything from them, and I politely followed up another one or two times.
Due to them not being forthcoming with my refund, I had to open a dispute with PayPal. They were happy to respond to PayPal when they did not respond to me.
Ultimately, the case was decided in my favor, but it's clear to me that this is company is a rip off and not able to be trusted. I purchased belt from a good brand (Hooga) instead.

The product didn't work for me, so I returned it, obeying all the requirements. I was told they would notify me when they received it back but never did. I tracked the shipment and found they received it on 6/3/25. I reached out to Support twice and have not received a reply or my refund. It has been a month since they received the device, and I still haven’t received my refund!
