Joan and Cecille are amazing.
My initial shipment was undelivered.
Joan and Cecille rectified the situation immediately, they were quick to respond to my first email complaint within the hour and have sent a second delivery, free if charge.
Courteous and knowledgeable, their team is First Class..!!

So in the rush of life I accidentally…

So in the rush of life I accidentally ordered the wrong product. Instead of having to lobby back, and forth fo days Joan & Julia at Spartan made me feel like a VIP. I want to tell you how very impressed I am, and wish I could do more than just this survey... Spartan is doing a great job.

It was my 1st purchase and I was anxious, but payment was smooth and so was delivery. Dornie and Julia also helped me wen I needed to get another purchase and subscription. Very helpful and quick on reply. Thank you Spartan team

I had a bit of a issue in the initial…

I had a bit of a issue in the initial ordering phase where a extra item was added to my cart and I wasn’t able to verify my cart before it was finalized however in spite of this issue once I was able to locate their customer service contact information they were quick to respond and very helpful thank you to Mhyca & Joey for your prompt response and assistance

Order issues online quickly resolved

Had an issue with getting some of the product through the website, Mhyca and JeAnne were quick and efficient at getting everything settled and shipped out. The second batch of products arrived only a couple of days after the first. Products feel good in my hair, looking forward to positive results!

I needed initially to cancel my subscription but Joseph and Cecille were helpful in providing me an option of delaying my order for a couple months. This should work out and if I needed to make changes just ask. Good customer support here. Thanks

I’m leaving a review here regarding…customer support

I’m leaving a review here regarding customer service at Spartan concerning both Marinella & JeAnne.
There was a mixup with a recent order & a reoccurring order, this was my fault & when I emailed about the confusion my email was speedily answered.
Within 24 hrs all was sorted which is impressive given the time difference & it was also the weekend.
