And the saga continues with this company.. Here’s my response email:

Full refund for the order not one product.
You refused to provide me with a return label as eu consumer law requires and made an ambiguous and misleading refund left it to be believed for the entire order.

And for order 1387989 i want a full refund as well as in that order too product isn’t as described (It is not oud for greatness neo).
Thinking you did a mistake the first time, i placed a new order hoping to get a good sample oud for greatness neo this time, but i got the exact same chemical liquid that isn’t oud for greatness neo.
You sent nonconforming products to your customer so you are obligated by law to issue return labels to your customer and i am waiting for them so i can return the products and get a full refund for both orders 1387989 and 1381636. Thank you!

This is my 5th order from them...I ordered very expensive perfume in 25ml package and was suspicious....it arrived and instantly try it...perfume was very good quality and long lasting...but is that the real deal? I immediately go to official seller to try it...AND YES, PERFUME IS ORIGINAL...and club bonus points are nice touch (but they can disappear so they have to fix that)...and yes, now you get package from other company named MEMONA and they should fix that too as it's only make people distrustful and skeptical...

Scammers ! They pretend having a very huge collection of perfumes but they can ship you any sample instead when they are out-of-stock. Got scammed for Allure Homme sport by chanel and Angel Shares by kilian. I tested with original bottels and I can confirm.
Bad experience !

Second Bad discovery : I ordered a 2ml sample (12€) and now that I'm testing it, I see it's barely barely 1ml or less

I've been quite curious to try different perfumes but I'm low on funds, so this is a great way to make sure I only buy the ones I'm absolutely sure I like, while having the chance to smell many and make a better choice. They have most anything you're looking for, and it's easy and reliable to order.

I Order a 2ml of Magneta tanzanite by Armani prive, the bottle delivered to me empty, so I paid about 11€ for an empty bottle,
I also ordered some other samples which i can say they’re diluted for sure and they don’t have longevity.
However the delivery time was as promised.

I previously ordered from Tryasmple.eu and the ordered items seemed ok.
Now I ordered again and my package came from another seller named Memona.eu. This was already a little unusual.
This time, my ordered perfume in travel size (25ml!) is something that has little to do with the original perfume I perfectly know. Either it is watered down or it is just something similar of lower quality, but for sure it is not the original.

I got a 2ml sample from my friend which she had ordered from this site! It had the best smell and very long lasting. Will definitely be buying again from here!

My friend gave me a small 2ml sample gift from this site which I loved! I compared it with my own original bottle(which was close to empty) and it was the same smell! For the price and the customer experience it was so worth it ! The company and the customer service was excellent and marvelous! Definitely I will continue to be their customer!

Incorrect product:
Tryasample offers small samples of well-known perfumes, but what is delivered are just any repackaged perfumes, not genuine products.

Exchanges are virtually impossible:
The goods are shipped from Germany, but returns must be sent to Denmark via a very expensive package, which we customers have to pay for ourselves. This is an unethical handling of the right of withdrawal in online retail.

Very easy to buy and something that for people that we can not go easily to test some fragances is something that can save you a lot of time.

I ordered like 20 perfume samples and they were too cheap to send the money back or replace the 2 that came open. Unbelievable. Were talking about a 200€ order. At first they replied and asked for pictures and then they simply ghosted me. 20€ out of the 200€ they got and they didint fix the easiest problem in the world.

I like the affordable prices and the availability to ship to your doorstep. Their website is very accessible and I appreciate the generosity of the free products. The best!

I ordered a sample of a discontinued Frederic Malle perfume which was my perfume for YEARS, and what a surprise once I received the bottle, it smelled like anything but the perfume!! This website is an absolute SPAM. I obviously send an email to claim, they said they were « sorry if I received the wrong perfume »… ok…
