Billed after cancelling subscription

I received the product as advertised, and it caused skin irritation. I requested my subscription be cancelled and stated I did not want to receive any future shipments. Foolishly I didn’t save my emails, and I was billed the next month without receiving product.
I have been emailing customer service for three months after continuing to be billed. Each time I provide my information they claim I don’t exist in their system. There is no phone number to contact and I’m at the point of canceling my card just so they stop billing me.
My cc company won’t allow me to dispute the charges because I don’t have proof I cancelled the services.
Save your emails!

Feel foolish , I should know better

Total scam .
Paid for and received first order , then they started taking money out of my account every 2 weeks .

When I contacted them , they told me I had signed up for a subscription and acknowledged that this info wasn’t anywhere visible in the purchase process . A refund of the most recent transaction was offered , but refused anything further .

And apparently the transactions weren’t for any more product , just simply paying for the privilege of a subscription.
The product doesn’t work either .

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, you will be signed up to a monthly subscription, without your knowledge, that gives you nothing. When you ask them to refund it they will refuse. This is their last email when I ask them what the subscription is for, since I did not receive any product beside the initial order but kept being charged: "Thank you for reaching out. I completely understand your concern — I’d
be happy to clarify.

The recurring charge you’re referring to is connected to the
promotional offer you selected when placing your initial order. This
offer automatically enrolled customers into our membership program,
which provides ongoing discounts, early access to new products, and
exclusive pricing.

That said, we understand that this may not have been clear at the time
of purchase, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused.
Please rest assured that your subscription has now been fully
cancelled, so no further charges will occur."

BEWARE - unauthorized “subscription” charges

They delivered my order, but continued to charge me $39.99 a month without shipping additional products, or emailing me a receipt of the supposed subscription charges. When contacted they said they could only refund the most recent subscription charge. I will be disputing with my credit card company. And the product did nothing to improve my skin.

Subscription Scam

I ordered this product from NZ in July. I then noticed I was being charged $39.95 US every month after that on my credit card. When I emailed the company about this, they politely told me I had signed up for a subscription when I purchased the original product. NO WHERE was it clear I was signing up for an ongoing subscription which I would never have agreed to. Very deceptive on the company's part and very disappointing. The product didn't even work so to anyone out there reading this, don't do it.

This company signed me up for a subscription withtout asking and with no indication of this in my order summary, my profile or any comms from them. Now they have charged me AGAiN and I haven't even received the product which I ordered 3 weeks ago. Avoid! Scam! By the way they charge in USD which is not indicated anywhere and about double my local currency.

Shady business dealings

1. Be warned you will be signed up for a membership with no mention of said membership. A membership charged will be made several days after your initial purchase. You will see no sign or have any idea you were signed up for a membership, because there is no indication of it when making a purchase. I contacted Tryaurela and they refused to reimburse the membership charge. I made a comment about the membership to warn other people on the Tryaurela Instagram and it was erased within minutes.
2. Website claims product is made in USA. I placed an order on 9/30/25 and have yet to receive it. I have the tracking showing it passing through customs coming from another country. Tracking shows it has finally arrived in LA on 10/11/25.
I contacted Tryaurela's customer service to dispute the membership charge and they respond with a generic message stating you signed up for a VIP membership to obtain free shipping and discounted prices. I also inquired about the product being made in the USA, but being shipped from another country and it was completely ignored.

Useless product & scam

I thought I had done all the necessary checks before purchasing this (too-good-to-be-true) product.
The product is rubbish. To add insult to injury, the company then continued to deduct the same amount monthly, supposedly because I signed up for the subscription option. This might make sense, IF THEY SENT THE PRODUCT associated with the "subscription". I had to cancel my card to stop the deductions. This seems to be a common experience for many people.

In dispute with my bank with this.

In dispute with my bank with this company. Do not use. Made a one off payment for an item ( which isn't working) and a week and a half later they took a second payment, when I contacted them , they said I took out a subscription, which is baloney, so they've taken a second payment and when I contacted them they said the item is in transit. I didn't want the 2nd purchase and a month later haven't received it, but they've taken the money for it. Avoid at all costs. New update, after challenging them for taking a second payment I received no reply from them and
....yep....you guessed it they took another payment off me before I could block them. So when they knew I was onto them they tried to rob my bank account again. Scumbags.

Beware you are being enrolled in a subscription

Beware you are not buying a product but also a subscription. The product arrived that is not the issue. The company has setup its purchase page so you are defaulted into signed up for a subscription, so rather than paying for the single product, as noted on their order email. So I was charged multiple times. I asked for a refund and was repaid a month later - losing on the exchange rate however and very annoyed. On the purchase screen, below the reviews, it shows a drop box for terms and conditions. If you expand it, it says "Try your first month free! Never worry about missing out on your favorite Aurela's again. Get special surprise gifts, priority access to new drops, and exclusive discounts as our way of saying thanks. After your free trial, it’s just $29.99/month to keep the exclusive perks coming." The checkbox is ticked already for you. It is not labelled "Yes to subscription', it is says "Aurela Terms and Conditions". I find this misleading.

FRAUD & A SCAM

This company & their product is a SCAM!!! Purchased their Redness Reform Soothing Serum via Instagram ad — even read some reviews about it after some googling — although I could only find a few & only a couple seemed semi negative. I should've taken them more seriously! I have yet to receive my product in the mail, but within a week of making the purchase, they, Aurela (AKA Try Aurela), tried to charge my credit card $39.99 for a subscription that I am POSITIVE I never signed up for. My credit card company alerted me to this with a FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY email & text message right away & blocked the use of my credit card account so that even I couldn't purchase anything with it. When I called my credit card company to inquire for details, they told me Aurela tried to make the subscription charge via Apple Pay (which is how I paid for the product originally), but because they didn't have all of my correct billing details, my credit card company flagged is as fraudulent — which it certainly was! I contacted Aurela about this, & they responded offering me 50% of my money back for the subscription I had already explained to them I never paid for or agreed to. We went back & forth via email with them acting like I signed up for a subscription but didn't notice or remember, even though I'd already explained to them this was absolutely false. They realized they were never able to take the $39.99 out of my account & then acted like they did nothing wrong. I explained to them again that what they're doing is FRAUD & ILLEGAL. I'll be putting them on blast EVERYWHERE. NO ONE BUY OR SHOP WITH AURELA / TRY AURELA — THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM AND A FRAUDULENT, LYING COMPANY.

Total scam

Total scam, purchased skin care product ($60), arrived and appears to be home made label. unable to read print and no barcode. God only knows whats in the product. This is not a commercial product.

Credit card was then charged twice a few weeks later without notification or product delivery, total $120. Had to have the credit card cancelled to stop Tryaurela from withdrawing our money!
