I have reason to believe that this company is either too immature to understand customer relations or they are just plain scams.

I ordered their cleanse and waited quite some time. Now the item did get delivered, but to the wrong house. I never received my order, the place the delivery company dropped it off was at my neighbours door which is directly in an alleyway, so by the time they got home, it was gone. That is not on them, but what is on them is how they dealt with it afterwards.

When i purchased this product, I did feel like I had a little piece of mind because I got delievery insurance. I did contact the delivery company first and immediately notified them that the pack was dropped off at the wrong address. They made a note of it on file, now it was up to the vendor to contact them to make sure that that was indeed the case. I contacted their customer support and at first I was recieving responses that they would be able to send me a replacement if I could provide a claim reference number, which dragonfly courrier do not do or supply. I reached out to biocleanse customer support again and informed them that dragonfly does not do claim reference numbers for mis-delievered packages. They then replied that I needed to get them to send me an email stating the package has been mis-delievered. I then sent biocleanse a photo of my door which goes downstairs and had my address posted next to it and then sent them a photo of where the delivery was dropped off which was a door upstaris and no address next to it. After continuously reaching out to dragonfly and asking them for an email confirmation they informed me that they do not send emails out and that I need to tell the vendor do contact them and they will have everything on file for them to see that it had been mis-delievered.

So I once again reached out to biocleanse customer support and explained that to them and then radio silence. I followed up with 3 more emails asking that this be rectified and that I had gotten delivery insurance. Still no response. I have emailed them a separate time stating my dissatisfaction and they have not replied.

I have spent literally hours on the phone, on hold with the delivery company and that is time I will not get back. It is up to the vendor to contact the delivery company that they decided to use that messed up the delivery. And that's what the delivery company told me.

What is the point of getting delivery insurance if they aren't going to even follow through. Save your money and time and pass on purchasing any product from this fraudulent company.

It ACTUALLY WORKS!!! I’m always very skeptical about everything on the internet, but this product I did want to try, because I really need to detox my body. So I went for it, and little did I know that within a few days of consuming I would see what looked like a parasite. I’m so excited to see and finally get my body in order. Feels good 😊

Buyer beware!! This company is a scam! They claim their products are made in the US so I ordered it thinking it would be somewhat trustworthy only to have it shipped from China. I'm scared to ingest this stuff knowing where it came from. Tried to get a refund and they won't respond.

They seem super scammy as even though I purchased package insurance, they are refusing to refund/reship even though the order has been "in transit" for 2 weeks. Customer service is completely unhelpful and denies any responsibility even though legally that is what package INSURANCE is for. They are clearly fraudsters and it's insane they think they can get away with this.

It’s been great using this product. My husband and I are feeling more energy with less bloating. I would recommend using this product to everyone who is low of energy and has bloating. I have also noticed less brain fog so I feel like the heavy metals are being removed.

I would like to share my experience to warn others to proceed with caution.

After my order took an unusually long time to arrive and could not be tracked, I contacted the company for clarification. Initially, the communication was polite and reassuring. I was later informed that my parcel had been lost and was offered a replacement.

I declined the replacement and requested a refund instead, as I was no longer comfortable receiving another delivery after the original was lost. At that stage, the communication appeared cooperative. However, I was then informed that a refund would incur a fee amounting to approximately one quarter of the original purchase price.

I find this unacceptable, as the delivery was lost through no fault of my own. A customer should not be penalised for requesting a refund under these circumstances.

Another concerning issue was the inconsistency in communication. Prior to the refund dispute, responses took a considerable amount of time. Once I objected to the refund fee, replies were sent almost immediately, consisting mainly of repetitive apologies without addressing the core issue.

At the time of writing, I am still waiting to receive the refund.

Based on this experience, I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their refund practices and customer service raise serious concerns.

Very good customer service and good quality product

Very easy to take and taste is not bitter but sweet works after the first couple days i could feel the difference and I never had to stay in all day by the bathroom I definitely recommend this cleanse 👌

The product doesn’t work, and the money back guarantee is a lie. I reached out to them to report back that their product doesn’t work and I’d like a refund and they asked me to give it more time which I did and now they are ignoring my emails :D I finished the bottle and nothing has changed. It’s most an expensive scam.

This is a clear scam. They are selling the same product through various websites and under different advertising names. After accumulating negative reviews, they changed their approach to avoid the backlash, knowing that potential buyers are deterred by bad feedback. By rebranding the product as different sizes or variations, they hope to mislead customers into making a purchase. This tactic is designed to take advantage of unsuspecting buyers.

The best cleanse I've ever had! I was bloated for years and it turned out I had a parasitic infection with over 100 thread worms and millions of eggs in my gut. My lymph nodes were swelling, I could barely swallow, and I thought I had a deep issue. I prayed to God and my good friend John recommended Ivermectin and it did NOTHING compared to this! Day four into the cleanse. I haven’t had any herx symptoms at all. My energy levels are super good and cognition is amazing. I suffer with Lyme and it’s hard to find a cleanse that doesn’t knock me on my butt. Thank you for formulating this with such care. The binders are clearly doing their job, as well as the other ingredients and gut repair. I finally also have a appetite.

Oh my goodness! This product is the truth! I have tried a few different detox and never has it brought results. I am astonished. This really really works! They recommend 7 to 14 days to see results but in just six days I was relieved from all symptoms I was having.
