Faulty wire on bracelet

I purchased the bracelet to aid blood pressure reduction
I had a problem with the catch but was advised how to fix it
I now have an issue with the wire on the bracelet has got tWO sharp points that catch clothing continually
I do not now wear it
Very disappointed faulty
