Response time is too slow
Response time is too slow. I have an issue with my aligner, and it’s already taking more than a month back and forth communications and the issue is still not resolved. You are expected to take least one week to hear back from Byte, which is not good at all. When they ask you some questions, it took another week for them to reply the follow up. And the issues are bouncing between different people, it’s getting very confusing and frustrating. You are then asked to reverse back to 6-7 weeks of old aligner to try again! And no follow up.

Customer service regularly check in and from the beginning and throughout the process provide regular phone calls/ texts/emails with helpful hints on maintenance of my aligners and the hyperbyte and answer any questions I might have.I would thoroughly recommend them

My experience on week 3
Right from the start Byte have been professional, helpful and prompt in responding to any questions I had.
I am on my third week now and it's not been painful as I expected. Haven't needed any pain relief. Teeth are already whiter too. All very encouraging.

So much better than I expected
So much better than I expected. Aligners are comfortable to wear, already working after just 3 weeks so far, and the whitener has also made a huge difference. My night time teeth grinding has also stopped!

Very good to begin with, fall away after purchase
Initially, the Byte team was very helpful and considerate. However, after making the purchase the byte advisor did not respond to emails. Once the purchase is made you are no longer a priority.

Could be better
So far my experience has not been terrible but could be better.
After approximately 6-7 weeks I’m still only on week 3 aligners. I have contacted Byte various times asking for assistance and have received a reply after a week or so and I say reply because they did reply but I wouldn’t say it was useful information. I keep getting the same phrase from everyone, telling me that everyone’s teeth move at different paces.
I have completed a review on my care and was told they would have an outcome for me in 7-8 days, it’s now been at least 2 weeks and I have not heard anything, so now it’s up to me to contact them and chase it up.
I was also disappointed at the fact that they did not provide enough instruction or make it easy to find information before buying byte. Apparently I was told to go to my dentist and check that my teeth where ok for orthodontist treatment my I do not recall seeing that anywhere.
All in all my teeth are slightly moving very slowly (hopefully in the right direction) and it has been a very stressful time. I wish I had gone to an orthodontist.
Update: I have now requested a refund after waiting over a month for a new set of aligners that I physically can’t fit on my teeth!
My dentist has warned me with all of the movement then stoping and starting it can shorten roots of your teeth and my X-rays are showing I have some affected teeth!
I feel like I have been scammed and that Byte was never going to work for me, especially in the time frame advised.
They just keep sending out another set of aligners that still don’t work.
They do not refund money, I’v been told if I get a dentist letter stating it’s not safe for me to continue they MIGHT be able to look down that path.
I’m not holding my breath.
All in all I wish I never started Byte and I think my teeth have come out worse.
