I'm looking forward to receiving the products that I ordered.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD
I placed an order in March which Cleantra made easy to do and charged my credit card. Got an email that my order shipped but when I asked for tracking number they gave me excuses and never provided a number. I filed a complaint with my credit card company. After 2 over months of emails inquiring of my order status and never receiving my order, my credit card company finally issued me a permanent refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Cleantra seems to be a caring company. Order was difficult to place. My phone froze up. Waiting for my order to arrive.

$25 dollars off. This link was sent to me by the company I ordered from, I may have made yet another mistake. This review was in fact, prompted. Integrity in business would be a nice step toward actual trust. But Im hopeful that this product works.

I don’t like the way that they do not summarize your bill so you’re not sure what you’re paying for so now I have to cancel two orders and I didn’t get the products I wanted so I’ll have to go back in and re-order

Information was very thorough and self explanatory.

Everything I read sounded like this could work for my lymphedema. I ordered a bottle earlier this evening. I will write another review after I complete the bottle. I am very optimistic this will improve my lymphedema. I have tried several other products (capsules) without success. Look for my follow-up review in one month!

Great price

I have yet to receive my products I paid for was then charged for 6 extra bottles I did not order. Then was offered $25 back only if I left them a 5 star review. Definitely against the rules of trustpilot exchange/incentives for a 5 star review. Total scam! Stay away!

Just ordered the product so this review is about the ordering process. The initial offer for 1,3 or 6 bottles is a common practice in the online wellness sales circus. After purchasing the bottles, an upsell page explains why 2 other products are necessary for an effective outcome after an initial few weeks. It would have been a much easier decision to know the 3 products upfront as a bundle so the money I spent would be better allocated. After the 2 additional upsell products we introduced, there was no way to go back and adjust my original purchase so I could afford them. I know this is how marketing funnels work, but if the company is so committed to keeping their products affordable, then they should present all 3 products upfront and allow the consumer to make decisions about single or bundles that are right for themselves.
