Clew is a product onboarding tool for SaaS and web apps. Product and marketing teams use it to add product tours, tooltips, popups and onboarding checklists to their own product without waiting for a developer release. You add one script tag to your site once. After that, you build tours by clicking on the elements of your live interface in a visual editor, or in the dashboard. You decide who sees what: page rules, triggers (a delay, a scroll, a click, hovering an element, the Nth visit) and audience rules based on the user properties your app passes to Clew. Every tour can run as an A/B test. Clew checks whether the difference is statistically significant and lets you make the winning variant the main one in one click. Built-in analytics show views, completions, where people drop off and which steps point at elements that no longer exist. Clew runs in the EU cloud or on your own servers. There is a free plan; paid plans add more published tours, A/B tests, rating popups and an MCP server that lets AI assistants such as Claude and Cursor manage your tours.
