i too didnt like how i was being charged but its my fault that i did not read the fine print so lesson learnt is to read the terms and conditions. However, on the good note, i asked for a refund for all the subscription charge and i was refunded after 4 days. For those who are concerned send them an email and you will get your money back

How dumb am I 😂 also bought the sierra finance dashboard only to later find multiple payments going out a few days apart

Incident: -saw in Insta ads in 30th July 2024, think it might be useful, check google if the website is safe, make payment.

Now on August, received 5x USD $4.98 every few 2-3 days 😭

Today 28Aug2024 checked that the link is a dangerous link and I immediately called bank and they issue a new card for me.

Alright, so now my money is safe. BUT! Question:

What about the template that I still have in my Google sheet? Is it safe as I saw the document is shared and the scammer still modified the g.sheets

Is my Google account is in danger, what should I do to make sure my phone, Google account is clear from this phishing of stealing my money again.

This is consider as phishing. Does this scammer template contain any malware virus that might have full control and access to my personal information?

I purchased the habit tracker and finance tracker to help me with tracking my finances. They keep on charging my card, this is very stressful. ₱97.95 every week, and they got my card three times already for just 3 days? Why is that? 😭

Twice on Aug 19 and once on Aug 22.

SCAM. They will continue to charge your account after the initial payment. You will received no explanation why, but after looking into it, they made it very hard to read at the checkout page that there will be recurring weekly payments (see above the Get Started button).

This is obviously illegal. Even just not having the option to opt out is not legal.

Their email is "support @ trydashify.com"

It does not help to email them. Their CS is useless and practically non-existent. They replied to me that they opted me out (replied Aug 17) but they have not replied again when I asked what the payment was for.

I purchased the product Aug 5. Then I noticed a recurring payment at Aug 12, and today again on Aug 18.

To resolve this, just close down the card that you used. Do not wait for more than 6 days because that is when the payments will recur.

PS. The spreadsheets are real. That does not mean that this is not a scam. (The spreadsheets are not good - and to think I only bought it cause I thought I would be supporting a fellow creative)

they keep charging my card until now!! this was supposed to be a one-time thing and it's so hard to get a hold of the merchant. this is a scam!!!

I had the exact same frustrating experience! They kept charging my credit card without my consent, and it was impossible to find any way to contact them for help. It definitely felt like a scam, and I was extremely disappointed.

Continuous deductions from my account. Do not buy. Was suppose to be a once-off $4.

I purchased the Sierra Tracker and paid ₱80 for it. After a few days, I got another deduction from my card which is ₱95 and today again ₱95. I can’t find any subscriptions or email confirming this deductions. I don’t know but I submitted a ticket to my bank maybe atleast they can try to block this transactions

If I could only put negative star as review. IT'S A SCAM. PLEASE DONT PUT YOUR DETAILS. It will charge you weekly with a subscription that you cannot cancel, no way of disconnecting your card, no way to report and refund.

I got the product but was unintentionally charged another $$ the next day, it's a scam. They put very small disclaimer that your card will be charged on weekly basis! I only noticed this when I re-visit the website. They had this line right before you click the pay button "By clicking "Get Started", you have read, understood and agreed to Dashify's terms and you accept to be charged for this payment and usd4.98 weekly, until this authorization is revoked."

There's no other way to unsubscribe from the weekly charge, email CS not response, no login code whatsoever. so I just call my bank to freeze and block the card. Be careful everyone!

It is really unfortunate to hear everyone who has had a bad experience with this.

However, I'd beg to differ. I came across an add on Instagram about the finance dashboard and it was affordable enough for me to give it a try.

I paid and I fortunately received an email plus a pdf that had links to the Excel files within a few seconds. Contrary to what others may have experienced, I was charged the exact price listed and haven't seen any further deductions. I really hope I am not charged continuously on a later date but so far no deductions made - but again I just purchased it about 1 hour ago from writing this review.

I'm not sure why and how others didn't get the file, I can personally tell you that I received the files and exactly how they appeared in the video add on Instagram.

I have looked through it and made changes and hopefully, it's going to help me on my personal finance goals.

Please note that this is my own personal experience. I usually do not write reviews but I was perplexed to see such low reviews and read through all the other reviews and was surprised that i have had a much smoother experience.

saw this on IG on 30 Jul, paid USD5 for the Sierra Finance, and topped up USD2 for the tracker.
got the link, sure. but on 31 Jul, they charged another 4.98usd to my card without consent. then on 7 Aug they charged another 4.98usd again.
the contact us button in their excel sheet DOES NOT WORK.
there's no way to terminate any service, nor was I notified that I will be on a subscription.

These scammers deserve to live the rest of their lives in complete poverty. may karma fall on them.

Contrary to the rest, I received the file promised. However, I was charged twice. Now I am trying to file a dispute with my card as they may continue to charge me regulary.

It is a scam. Charged me twice and the incorrect amount promised, I just thought it was due to the exchange rate differences.... I've since froze my card and asked my bank for assistance

Got their link from Instagram, paid 4 euros but didn’t get their budget excel file. SCAM

This is scam. I purchased Sierra Finance Dashboard from them and they deducted 50php but did not send the file. Never received any type of email confirmation at all. Also, after you entered your card details and paid. You will be directed to a page or Dashboard (they call it) with a few buttons for instruction how to use the file.

Take note, once you're on that Dashboard you can't go back to the previous page or close it because you can't go back there. I could not read the entire thing on that page because I returned to the previous page thinking that I can go back there and continue reading it later. Unfortunately, there was no way to go back but I did read that they can be reached through Etsy if there is any issue with the formulas/button. Which I tried but can't find them there either. It's too late when I realized it is scam. I just let it be but they deducted 95php a few minutes before I wrote this review. They deducted a second amount without my authority. There's no way to contact them at all.

It may just be small amount but if totaled with the amount they get from their other and possible victims, I am sure they'd get a fortune.

Scam. It’s too late when I realized and I immediately transfer my money to my other account cos they already got my card details. It will not send or email you the digital product whatsoever.

This is a scam can't download anything, no way of contacting them, yes it is only a small amount but if they do it to enough people they will make money or keep trying it out of your account

In their website they say they have 3,341 reviews here on Trustpilot but ao writing this review they have zero reviews here.

They will entice you with their low priced product but won't send it (it's a digital file or a link to the digital file). But it doesn't stop there. They charge you another fee a few hours after when I wasn't even on their site.

It's just a few dollars/peso. Hardly worth complaining to be honest. But if they do this cumulatively, they'll earn in a manner that takes advantage of others. I can't stand that.

I hope these scammers get what they deserve.
