Tryeden is a trustworthy compounding pharmacy
Been with Tryeden for a couple of years. I just paused a shipment of meds, which you’re free to do at anytime, through their CHAT feature. Easy peasy. A pleasant and helpful human representative ( it’s nice to speak to a real person instead of an automated message system) took care of it for me and assured me that I can use CHAT to restart my prescription just as painlessly anytime I like.

It seems communication is off somewhere…
It seems communication is off somewhere because I’m not getting emails letting me know that I’ve got messages waiting for me so every time I inquire something it’s like a week or so and then inquiring again and it’s another week and I’m inquiring again. So as of last week 10/19-it says I’ve been approved. They’re gonna fill it in five days. Well it’s been past five days. I don’t know. I got no messages saying that I’ve got tracker information that something is on its way at the same time. I’m wondering what’s going on and I have to now go back to the portal to find out that I’ve got a message and this doctor had messaged me on the 19th asking me for now a photo of myself first I had to send a photo of my label of my present prescription that I’m on didn’t know I had to do that either I had to inquire what was going on since I hadn’t heard from anybody so that was the 19th and from there it seem at same doctor had asked me later on in the day possibly I need to have a full body photo sent to him. I didn’t know that I didn’t get anything in my email letting me know that there is a message for me from him so I just get to find it now and I now get to send a photo to him. Meanwhile, in the last correspondence it said I was supposed to be. I was approved and was supposed to be getting it within five days. It’s been past five days. God forbid there’s something wrong with your order. I don’t know how long it’s gonna take to get to somebody to solve my issue whatever that issue could be. I look at my junk folders there’s no emails from anybody -so this is not comforting.
