To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Bioidentical hormone therapy, made simple. Elsie is a telehealth service for women going through perimenopause and menopause. We help you get bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) without the waitlists, the awkward appointments, or the guesswork. Here's how it works. You fill out a short online health questionnaire. A licensed US provider reviews it and, if HRT is right for you, writes your prescription. Your treatment is made by a licensed US compounding pharmacy and shipped straight to your door. Most women hear back within a day. Our signature treatment is Trivea®, a 3-in-1 cream with estradiol, estriol and progesterone — the same hormones your body made before menopause. We also offer FDA-approved estradiol patches and gel if you'd rather go that route, plus a local estradiol cream for vaginal dryness. Every plan includes ongoing provider support, dosage adjustments when you need them, and free shipping. No hidden fees. Cancel anytime.
