The whole family loves this foot massager!

We have all used the foot massager at home. The whole family is using it. My partner who has numbness in his feet due to diabetes- can feel a nice active tingling and less insensibility on his feet. His feet has been coming more alive. It's deeply calming and relaxing too. I put it on him so he can go to sleep easier!

Im in a post operative phase from an ankle break. The foot massager is increasing my circulation and has lessened the muscle tightness for healing to speed up. Pretty awesome 👌

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY- APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Product took ages to arrive. After 2 uses it stopped working. Wouldn’t charge at all. Contacted EM sense - requesting I send a video of the unit - pointless as it was not working which they did not comprehend. This then dragged out past the 30 day window due to the appalling customer service.
I have a device that doesn’t work and am out of pocket.

EMSense sent me wrong Massagers

EMSense sent me Massagers, that didn’t have the features promised in advertising videos. Very basic, and totally without any medical function.
They found all kind of excuses. Eventually they offered a refund or part refund - but to a locked TEMU account - even though I clearly paid with my bank issued VISA card.
I could actually have bought identical and much cheaper massager devices from TEMU but on purpose thought it wiser to buy from EMSense.
It isn’t purely a scam - they did send something. But their whole handling of complaint was polite - but ultimately useless!
If you want to experiment with such massagers, simply buy the cheapest on TEMU. They may have some function for some people.
But be wary about buying from EMSense, as they are clearly not a professional business.

EMSense first reaction to review, is to pretend no knowledge. I have answered their query - but expect that to be more waste of time.

Updated - NO - EMSense have NOT provided a response. Not in inbox and not in SPAM filter.
