Same as the others

Same as the others. Haven’t been able to reach anyone at the company since both numbers are not working. Their claim of reaching out to customers by phone is false. It’s all done by text. At least that was feedback provided by a few customers I had received. Still owed a lead that I was not supposed to be charged for.

Leads billed to card with no leads delivered

TL;DR: Agreed to 2 leads/week at $75. I received 8 leads total but was charged for 16. Vendor indicated approval for 8 refunds due to an account credit, but no refunds have posted yet. Card issuer asked me to wait 10 business days from my last contact; I’ll follow up on Aug 18, 2025. Sharing my timeline; will update if resolved.

Timeline (my records):

May 15, 2025: Onboarding with Estate Hub; start date set for Mon, May 19. Agreement: 2 leads/week @ $75 to trial.

Week of May 19: I received 6 leads before I could pause. That’s 4 more than agreed for that week.

June 17: I replied to a Father’s Day promo: “free lead — no catch, no payment info.” The signup flow indicated account reactivation.

June 19:

3:51 pm: Free promo lead arrived.

4:00 pm: I emailed my rep to re-pause the account.

5:25 pm: Another (paid) lead came through.

~5:30 pm: Rep replied; asked me to complete a re-pause form, which I did.

Following weeks: My card was charged multiple times without corresponding new leads on my end.

Totals (per my logs):

Leads received: 8

Charges posted: 16 × $75

I asked to pay for 7 (8 received minus the free promo lead) and be refunded for 9.

Vendor said 8 refunds were approved due to an account credit, but no refunds have posted.

Current status (as of Aug 9, 2025): Awaiting refunds. My card issuer asked me to wait 10 business days from my last contact before filing a dispute; I plan to follow up Aug 18.

Billing descriptor on my statements: WP*ESTATEMARKETING BROOKLYN NY (via Whop).

This is my experience only. I’ll update this post with the outcome.

Keep charging credit card after cancellation

They promised vetted leads, but send unvetted leads of people who said to stop spamming them. I cancelled service and they kept charging two separate credit cards for days. Still trying to sort out the problem

TRYREALESTATEHUB IS A FRAUDULENT SITE

I had an initial call with Khristian that was arranged by Stephanie Silva but decided not to move forward with these people after that initial call. They have been fraudulently charging my credit card $75 up to three times a day. I have even replaced the card but these crooks still find a way to charge my card resulting in me having to spend time on the phone with the card company to dispute the charges.
No one should use these people, they are a bunch of crooks. Minus -10 stars

I received 7 NON-ANSWERING leads

I received 7 NON ANSWERING leads and PAID FOR ALL OF THEM. None took my calls, text or emails. I complained to them and they stated they would put me on hold and replace the leads. i have NOT EVER received one replacement. when I asked for a refund I got ghosted. Do not trust this company! I am still trying to get my money back.

I have been charged 12 times without…

I have been charged 12 times without receiving one lead. There is no dispute that I should be refunded but I am getting the runaround and being told I have to wait for the billing department to deal with it. The person who I have been dealing with says she doesn't have the authority to refund the money but can or will not pass me up the chain to someone who does so I basically have no idea if she is doing anything.
