I think the platform is brilliant

I think the platform is brilliant, but will receive 1 star from me due to the hackbox never working. I cannot complete a room due to this and I paid for a yearly subscription. This is unsatisfactory and I need to have my time restart/given back or a refund. I keep getting the same old errors and I've troubleshoot from different computers and networks. Therefore, I'll say its the site.

Highly recommended by my professor

My professor in my last cybersecurity class told me that I need to think of practicing my skills for offensive and/or defensive security on a daily basis, separate from my coursework. He recommended this site in particular, and I am glad I did. The learning paths are more detailed and extensive than I thought, and the videos, quizzes, and rooms form a seamless whole in training me on various topics. I would recommend as a parallel to someone in a cybersecurity academic program, as well as those curious as to what the cybersecurity field is all about.

Lack of supports…

The topics covered and the explanations given are good. What is not working is that you are on your own if something malfunctions on their web site. For example, the answer you get when following instructions does not match the answer expected by their web site, so you can't finish a room. So even if you continue your learnng journey clicking *resume learning" will take you back to that unanswerable question, pretty annoying. There is no way to contact them and get an answer rapidly.

Interactive and Hands on Experience

I actually like how interactive and Simple the learning process is. So interesting to learn things for free here ! The only reason I deduct one star is I find it a bit difficult to navigate across the website, sometimes I lose track of which path I'm doing currently
